Do Not let MWork Repair Your Car

My daughter’s car was in an accident in late August and so on referral of the State Farm Adjuster I brought my car to M Works Auto body for repair.
The car's damage included front end damage (hood, radiator, bumper and light.)

They cost me around $4K in Rental Car fees, because they kept my car from the last week in Aug 2022 until last Friday!
*** DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR TO M WORKS!!! My CAR has INFERIOR CRAFTSMANSHIP and POOR QUALITY***
When we got the car back, we discovered that it had rusty parts installed, my windows & lights still didn't work. The car had no electrical problems prior to bringing it to them but It has one now!

Andy (guy who answered phone) had a nasty attitude and the nerve to tell me that I wasn't being patient. My thought is that if I have to call you over 30 times (which you only returned 5 calls) because you REFUSE to ANSWER the PHONE, MY PATIENCE IS GONE!

Did I mention that every time I had to catch a ride to check on my only car because THEY WOULDN'T ANSWER THE PHONE. While at M WORKS, I encountered many people with the same complaints that I had. So I am totally confused as to how M Works has ANY GOOD GOOGLE REVIEWS AT ALL. Something fishy is going on here...
