Be careful when buying online
I bought a product online, and when it arrived, I tried to use it, but it didn't work. It had a problem that prevented me from launching the game; it wouldn't get past the loading screen. Since there wasn't a store nearby, I had to spend money and time going to the nearest one. They were able to repair it with a polish, but it shouldn't have had to be done that way. I shouldn't have had to spend more money or time just to be able to play. This shouldn't have happened in the first place. They should check products more thoroughly before buying and selling them.

Amazing Store

He revisado tu pedido y he notado que este ha sido reembolsado, ya que has acudido a tu tienda CeX donde mis compañeros te han atendido y brindado una solución lo antes posible.
En cuanto al proceso de devolución el reembolso siempre se realiza al método de pago utilizado y es en un plazo de 3 a 5 días laborables, (sábado, domingo y días festivos no son días laborables).

I bought a Huawei GT3 Pro watch in the titanium strap version, but it arrived with a silicone strap; I reported this as a case of misrepresentation to customer services, and they decided, instead of exchanging it for the watch I had actually purchased, to cancel my order and refund my money. How can you place an order in good faith only to receive a different product? I find it very unfair that they mislead people.

Es malo leer que se ha enviado un modelo incorrecto como parte de una compra, es por ello que revise el dato del pedido dejado en referencia y noté el reporte enviado por medio del formulario web.
En este caso los agentes ha dado el seguimiento adecuado para atender la situación y se entregaron las indicaciones para que pudieras ser atendido en una tienda CeX cercana a tu domicilio.
De igual forma en tu respuesta se indica que no estas confirme debido al reembolso recibido, por lo que se ha notificado que debido a la naturaleza de las tiendas de segunda mano, no siempre se tienen artículos para el reemplazo ya que muchas son piezas únicas y por ello el cliente puede recibir un reembolso si no es posible hacer el reemplazo. Esto mismo se acepta por el cliente al comprar en la web y puedes revisarlo en todo momento con el siguiente enlace:
