The shipment did not arrive, your shipping and parcel company sent it back, as there is no service in my area. There is no response from CEX I already raised a report but they still haven't responded.

The controller is fully functional and in great condition. It is awesome that the company offers a 24 month warranty. The only thing that made me a little uncomfortable is that they got a copy of my ID when I collected the item on the store.

I have no updates on how my shipment is progressing and the delivery day was way off. Besides I purchased 3 games and was charged $100 mxn pero game, which doesn´t make sense to me. Otherwise everything else was good.
