Two weeks ago I bought a set of creams in my origines, it was a face cream ( 50ml), eyes cream (20 ml) and hand cream (100 ml). Once I receive it I realice the face cream is 30 ml. I talk to them and they try not acept the return. Finally they acept to pay forma the return but they dont want to refund to my créditos card the amount. They ofer instead a boucher…
They are not trustable. I will never buy in their shop again!!!

Item as described, value for money only minor issue is the time it took to be delivered compared to some items ordered the same day but nothing to worry about

The price of the product was exceptionally competitive and despite delivery from Europe it was very quick and arrived intact and well packed.

Clearly fake. And if not, the scent is definitely different than it should be, terribly poor quality.

A wide variety of products at lower prices. You can find almost all brands here, and at lower prices. I've bought several times and I definitely recommend it.

The fragrance is OK, but I've made the mistake of thinking that the edp is the other one, that is a stronger formulation the Extreme...and inwas a little disappointed, but due to not doing proper research...

The perfume is the perfume at a good price however it was sold to me as being a refillable bottle. It was not. I was able to contact them by phone which was good. They confirmed the the refillable bottle was only in a certain size. This was not clear so be careful if you are expecting refillable bottle.

I would give zero stars if that were possible. My experience with customer service at My‑Origines has been consistently disappointing, and their handling of a duplicated order caused by a payment failure has been completely unacceptable.

🔹 Lack of Clear Procedures for Claims

A duplicated order was created due to a payment error, and despite contacting them immediately — within minutes of noticing the issue — I was told there is no clear procedure to stop or cancel such orders. Their response was essentially that both orders would be shipped if the claims team did not act in time, which is unreasonable and shows a lack of internal coordination.

🔹 Inaccessible Claims Department

I requested to speak directly with the claims department, but customer service stated they could not transfer calls or provide any direct contact. This left me with no way to escalate the issue or speak to someone who could actually resolve it.

🔹 Poor Responsiveness

I attempted to reach them three times by email, including twice on the very first day. I also called repeatedly:

• Day 1: Called around seven times, using different menu options — no answer.
• Day 2: Called again in the morning; they promised an email update by the end of the afternoon. No email arrived.
• Day 3: Had to call again; was told the claim is “in progress” but they cannot stop the order from being shipped, even though I notified them almost immediately after the duplicated order occurred.

🔹 Unacceptable Customer Experience

The combination of unreachable support, lack of escalation paths, and refusal to intervene in an obvious duplicated‑order mistake demonstrates a serious failure in customer care. A company should not leave customers helpless when an issue is reported promptly and clearly.
