Ordered on April 4th, no delivery yet. Thats almost a month! No communication at all.
It used to be my shop to go for glasses, almost two months age I ordered a pair of glasses and they still haven´t send them. Never again!
I first ordered from my-Spexx almost exactly 3 years ago. It was a wonderful experience. They were the best pair of glasses I'd ever owned. So when I needed new glasses last year... I didn't hesitate. I was surprised they didn't sell the same frames anymore... but I asked that they recommended what they claimed was a similar pair.
I received them in the mail two weeks later and the material was extremely cheap plastic this time. Not even as tough as what they make Kinder Eggs out of. The right leg fell off in my hands.
I requested that they be repaired immediately. They sent me an RMA number and told me to send them in. I received an email that they had been received the very next day and that new parts had been ordered.
That was two months ago. As I mentioned earlier... when I was BUYING my glasses... they were very quick to respond to messages. Now they don't respond at all. I'm very near sighted... and my old glasses are falling apart. Soon I just won't be able to see anything.
Two months is far too long to wait for anything. But what's worse than the waiting is their refusal to even respond to messages.
I've been forced to file with my payment company for a refund. I'll never buy eye glasses from this company again.
I ordered same time at my-Spexx and at Brille24 similar glasses.
First observation - at my-Spexx the clients have more options and I could configurate my glasses as personalized. Delivery takes a little longer - almost one month but taking in consideration personalized construction, this is more than acceptable. The glasses from my-Spexx are more confortable and I didn't need any time for accomodation. You get as well some small replacement parts and mini screwdriver.
The quality is excellent and there is no reason to get to the local optician as long as you have correct data of your lens. Beside your local optician will be at least twice as expensive if you want quality.
The etui box - it could be better quality. Cleaning towel - not good as is not lint-free so that actually I can not clean my glasses with it.
Another point to be improved - the local customer service phone number - nobody answer ever - no matter hour or day.
In fact the cleaning towel and local phone number are the single parts to be optimized - therefore one star less. Nevertheless, I will order again at my-Spexx as the quality/price report is excellent. Well done
