Used by scammers and spammers. We continually receive phishing email to staff from users of this domain.

Hackers and scammers use this site. Why sign up for a site that many people are using to commit crimes?

Set up my emails with my.com 3 months ago and all was fine until last week when my account was signed out, the sms code system (that works perfectly for UK numbers) is not supported so no message was received. I reached out to support but was told I couldn’t change my phone number to a us skype number without being able to access my account, and they couldn’t do it for me. So basically I’m permanently locked out of my emails

I haven’t been able to log in to my.com email for THREE DAYS, despite putting in exactly the same details and password as usual.
HOPELESS.

A really vile company that locked me out of my gmail account & acessed all my emails because I accidentally clicked on in when accessing my gmail, had to create new passwords & delete the gmail app & reload a new app

My.com is a Russian technology firm that owns mail.ru and VKontakte, their version of Facebook. It showed up on my 92 year old friend's iPad. I wouldn't trust them, given Putin's war, and what other reviewers have said.

Even though i never went to this site they managed to scam me …. I’ve received several PayPal email saying i bought something on their website although i never did that!! The money got out of my bank account just like that

Gad third party access to my husband's Gmail and hacked his Playstation account. It kept deleting the emails we sent to his Gmail in attempt to recover it and when I looked up the details for the recent activity in the trash section it said it was the third party my.com given access to his Gmail. His bank account was also shut down a week before for his bank account being hacked. Kicked them and every other third party off his email deleted all his saved passwords revoked all trusted devices, signed out of all his devices and turned on 2 factor authorization for phone number only. Don't even give these people your email!

My.com owns Boosty.to. They offer no protections for buyers. If you "donate" $100+ to an artist via their website, and that artist either has scammed you or no longer wishes to work on your project, you are out of that money.

Do not use boosty for anything related to buying or selling, it is at your own risk if you do.

Don't trust the company. They tricked me. I bought a set of digital content from them. Their managers said that the digital code is perpetual, in the answers to the questions it was also said that the codes do not have an activation period. But at one point the codes were expired. And tech support just doesn't care about me, a person named Oleg almost every time after my question says something not intelligible and says goodbye to me.

They keep emailing me with ‘special’ offers eg ‘claim your free Samsung tablet now as a welcome gift’ and saying ‘the free gift is nearly yours, you just need to enter your address for delivery.’ Then they charge you £1 for a 14 day trial to their service which I don’t exactly know what it is. Anyway I haven’t given my details but I assume they would keep taking large payments from your bank account and you wouldn’t be able to cancel the ‘subscription’.

My.games are greedy af and has refused to refund the money from unfulfilled transactions, honour sales with frequent buyers who they’re betting will buy the stuff regardless, use trash servers and more generally just treat their players terribly. Avoid these SoBs

My brother bought in-game items for Conqueror's Blade from My.com using Paypal, although we got what we bought, but was also credited (right after the said purchase) for things that we have not.

We check with the bank, was told 20+ illegal transactions were attempted, 2 got through, the money was lost.

We bought from other game companies & other places many times with PayPal but none of that happened. We can't prove whether My.com is at fault but we will NEVER EVER buy from them again.

the worst company i have ever dealt with in my life , greedy and hungry for money and they don't care about whatever happens , the worst customer service and zero experience of what they should be doing , worst servers and services you can ever imagine, a complete lack of responsibility of any sort , any game they publish it's ruined and turned into a heavily p2w game ,they'll keep sucking it until it's dry and dead, an absolute waste of time company that needs to be left as it is, until it's gone forever.
no one should ever go for their publishing writes or give them any game to publish it , i'm running out of words and it's still not enough to describe how trash this company is.

Illegal / gray area behaviour in many countries. Maybe that's why they changed the company to my.games.

all they do is take over games and destroy them with p2w scams. each event they add more p2w stuff making the previous ones obsolete, why other companies actually collaborate with these scammers and let them take over is beyond me

Shameful company
crap servers, laggy events every day and now bans for something you havent done.

Instead of banning relative ppl we ban whole waves of people tons of fakin collateral damage but thats fine, might aswell be MyReich.
