Awful experience. Sent multiple messages trying to cancel and get refund. Their time frame for production, shipping and receipt are lies. They also ship from an international company. They will send canned responses. When I finally got tired of waiting, I requested a refund from PayPal. Surprise, the next day my item magically ships out to me. I am afraid to actually get the item, I am sure it will be a POS. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Took over a month to get after continued emails requesting shipping information after order was confirmed. It’s supposed to be a fleece sweatshirt but it’s made of nylon with a nylon lining , not a fleece sweatshirt as advertised and color is in no way a navy blue

I saw a hoodie they advertised that looked really cute. It too over 1 1/2 months for it to arrive. I constantly emailed asking for status update on shipping and got computer generated responses. When it arrived it was not as pictured in their ad. When I requested a return per their instructions on the website they replied that returns had to be sent to China and they did not have a return label. Even though the website said they would send one. They only offered 25% back on what i paid. I am still waiting on that little bit. Horrible product. Horrible customer service.

They charged me on my Venmo card, but never sent the merchandise.

Total scam, do not buy from this website. Never received my merchandise.

I bought a hoodie from this place on January 31 and I still have not received it!!! I have sent them so many emails about it and tried to get my money back but they just keep telling me it’s on its way. Ugh!! This is ridiculous! What a scam!! Wish I saw these reviews before I wasted my money!!

Do not buy from this company. The products we ordered have not been received and it’s been over 2 months, their emails are all the same and you really never get any response on your order.

Total scam. Its been 5 weeks and no product. No help from PayPal. Just excuses from vendor. STAY AWAY

Absolutely DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!! You are unable to return items!! Customer service is terrible! I have filed multiple complaints on Paypal regarding this company.

Place an order January 3 received an email and after seeing all these reviews once again I know I’m not getting my package

There sizes are not true sizes ordered large and 3xl and it's the same size in first order which to 6 weeks and 4 emails for delivery but second delivery ordered 2large 1 was large the other says large but is extra small still waiting on 3rd order all orders made the same day its been 2 months

They are scam artists.. I ordered my hoodie on December 7 and it’s Jan 22 and it finally comes, I had to repeatedly send email after email after email to let them know it was late… and then it finally gets here and it’s not true to size it’s way smaller than it says I ordered a 6x bc I like baggy close and this fits like an XL. I’m angry and I guess learned my lesson buying something from what ended up being from China!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. IT'S A SCAM. I ordered two hoodies for my daughter-in-law for Christmas and never got a confirmation. After 2 months of trying to get a tracking # or where my package is, I got an automated message telling me to check with the post office. I checked and the post office said the tracking # they gave me was for someone else. I've tried multiple times to get my money back, but no such luck. It's very frustrating. I wish I had checked the review before ordering.

They never sent my order. They send you a geneeric email about how they value customer service but will not return your money when an order never arrives. Three times I have asked for my money back and nothing happens. There is no phone to cll them AVOID--THEY ARE A SCAM!

Absolutely awful company with no respect. They got my order wrong, the item wasn’t the same as advertised, the size was wrong, took far too long to ship, and when you email them the send you an automated reply. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

SCAMMERS -Won’t send a return label even though website states they do. Send AI generated responses wasting time making the return over the 30 days. Sent an address in China for returns even though they claim business is in Canada. Will not return money. Do not buy from them.

Ordered a hoodie for my grandson for Christmas on Nov 29. Still have not recieved. No email confirmation or receip. If you email them you just receive a generic reply. Thank goodness I used PayPal. PayPal refunded me.

Never received items, no phone number to call, no response to emails.

Ordered on November 24. Still haven't received any tracking info. I've reached out multiple times and their customer service is non existent. They don't respond with anything but a run around. Save your money and shop elsewhere.

I NEVER RECEIVED MY ORDER . They don’t send receipts or shipping updates , ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!!!! I’ve even tried to get a refund & they tell me that I DO NOT EXIST IN THEIR SYSTEM. Somehow , they were able to very quickly take the money out of my account PLUS ADDITIONAL UNKNOWN CHARGES. When attempting to contact them , I get a BS RUN AROUND. No , refund though. THEY TALK THE TALK , BUT THEY DON’T WALK THE WALK. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE !!!!!! They’ll take your money & after that they’ll just give you the run around. Either way , no matter how many times that you request/DEMAND YOUR MONEY BACK, they stop communicating with you & you DON’T GET YOUR MONEY BACK & you WILL NOT RECEIVE ANYTHING FROM THEM. THEY PUT ON A GREAT FRONT , UNTIL THEY GET YOUR MONEY , THEN THEY DROP YOU & YOU NEVER RECEIVE ANY PRODUCT .
