This company is a scam they stole my money I paid over $200 and something dollars they sent one hoodie out when I ordered seven they lied said that the tracking information was there they are no customer service or for them they sent the wrong size is the materials or the one that they sent is really weak it took them over 60 days to send the order out and I'm the only sent one thing when I ordered seven that's the real headache they stole my money and they are a ripoff.. I will never order from them again and they should be reported matter of fact I'm going to try to report to for mail fraud

SCAM!!! Never received our order. This company is a complete scam!

I requested a return shipping label numerous times and have still not received a response. They have a horrible customer service department. Will never do business with them again!

This company is a scam. Received a hoodie as a gift, and needed to return it as it was too big, and they didn't offer a smaller size. For weeks, I requested a return label. Then they finally responded and asked for pictures. I sent pictures, and then it was over a week for another response only for them to tell me I had to ship it back to CHINA and when it got there and was inspected, only then, would I receive a refund. Only problem, shipping to CHINA is twice the cost of the hoodie. TOTAL SCAM.

I ordered a hoodie from my grand daughter for Christmas. It looked nothing like the picture as far as colors. I’m still trying to return it. Their customer service is horrible. I was just getting auto replies initially. Now they are offering a 10% discount if I just keep it. No one wants it. I was my full refund.

I ordered 1 sweatshirt as a Christmas gift for my grandson. Price seemed reasonable. Thought I would be safe ordering with their business address being in the US CA. At least that is what their site stated. Ordered on 11/17/24. Just rec'd the item today.
Do yourself a favor, don't do business with them. Almost reported them for fraud. BTW they are not accredited with the Better Business Bureau. Only gave them 1 star in order to be able to leave this review. Also they do not handle their own customer service. Any inquiries or responses are handled by an outside messaging service.

I wish I could rate as a -50. placed an order on 12/15 got the tracking number on 12/17. I have sent many emails got no response except the form letter. Tracking said it is at the Metro NY distribution center since 12/25. I will be reporting this as a scam to my credit card company.

I was in a hurry when I ordered it. It was supposed to be a Christmas present so after I ordered it a few hours later, I looked at the reviews and saw that people weren’t getting they’re hoodies so I emailed and tried to cancel and they told me no. That they couldn’t even though I messaged hours later. Enough time before they “shipped”. So I called my bank and disputed it. I just now got a message at 3 am saying it was delivered I checked my camera and looked outside.. go figure NOTHING . This is TWENTY NINE DAYS LATER mind you. So they are indeed scan artists. And I defintley emailed them back saying this was a gift for a CHILD and it was wrong of them to scam people like this. And I think everyone needs to call on them and get this shut down, they’re stealing a lot of money from people. They refuse to give money back. Then lie and say it was delivered. If I could put no stars down I would.

I ordered this on 3 Dec 2024, and received on 13 January 2025.

It is two sizes too small and now I can't return it - SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!

You’ll never receive your item!! Such a scam. Places like this need to be shutdown and held liable.

I ordered two hoodies on Dec 17, 2024. I received 1 on Dec 31st. I am still waiting for the other one and no response from customer service, just a genetic canned message. I will never order from them again and nobody else should either.

I placed a order Dec. 11, 2024, received a tracking number on Dec 15th. No information still available. Everytime i write i get the same generic email. Nobody returns messages. I truly believe this is a scam and working on how I go about getting refunded as well as reporting them. So sad as this was going to be sent to my son who is deployed.

I don't even give a star. They took my money and never shipped merchandise. Going through my bank now to get refund. These people need to be reported to better business bureau!!!!!!

This is absolutely ridiculous. I placed a order Dec. 11, 2024, received a tracking number on Dec 15th. No information still available. Everytime i write i get the same bullshit generic email. Nobody returns messages. Im beginning to think this is just a scam. Im requesting a credit from my credit card company if i dont hear nothing in 48 hours. How rude and ignorant this company is.

Ordered a sweatshirt December 7th. It now is January 5th. I haven't received anything. Tried to contact them and all you get is the same statement of how glad they are that you reached out to them. Bogus tracking link sends you to a plumbing company. Another California China scam connection!

I did my order in December 5th so I could get it before Christmas and it's been a month and I haven't received my order i already sent too many emails n there's no response as to what happened I'm never buying from this website again!

I wish I can give this negative stars this company is a scam. Nobody contacts you. Nobody returns your emails. There is no phone number. You’re at limbo waiting for something that never comes to give you a fake tracking portal and with mine nothing has moved in over 22 days. This company is a scam whether you find it on TikTok, Instagram or Google do not give this company any of your attention or money or time I have contacted my bank. I have contacted other people I have contacted the FBI cyber crime. How dare this company take people‘s hard earned money for promises that never happen I am disgusted.

I've been waiting over a month for a hooded sweatshirt to be given as a gift for Christmas. It has not been received and I am asking for my money returned. I have sent 3 emails and have received no response only advertisements to buy sweatshirt. If I could of given 0 grade I would of. Avoid this company at all cost

I placed an order on December 5, 2024, and never received my items. It is now January 2, 2025, and still don't have my purchase. I emailed the company, and I am awaiting a response. I spent $100. Now I will have to call my cc company to get my money back.
