Good and not good

The parcels they arrived in a good condition, but the full process not very good. They have everything set up on automatic emails, I received email that was delivered, when actually the bags were sent back, nobody contact me, received email about service feedback when the bags weren't even pick up yet.
They were return, I had to figure out how to resent them again, nobody provide me any information, email or phone call.

We can see you sent an item from the UK to Qatar.

We're glad your parcels arrived in good condition. However, we're sorry for the confusion caused by your item being returned.

To clarify the return: your shipment was sent back because it contained prohibited items, in this case perfume. We warn all customers multiple times before, during and after booking regarding prohibited items and had these not been included, your shipment would have proceed for delivery as expected.

This was returned to the collection address the day after being collected and we're sorry for any confusion regarding the tracking. This was returned and signed for by the sender at the collection location, once the prohibited items were removed, our team did assist you in getting this recollected and delivered as soon as possible.

Our customer service team is always available to contact for assistance and are always more than happy to help. We must again highlight that the only reason this was returned was due to items being included that we specifically advised should not be sent and that inclusion of any prohibited items would result in the item being returned.

My Baggage team were brilliant. Last minute I had to change my delivery address and the guys acted fast to help me and I got my suitcases perfectly delivered with my personal items intact. The suitcases arrived on time

The suitcases arrived on time. I could see where they are along the way. I have no input about pickup since I was not there, I only know that they did not call to confirm the pickup so my daughter had to call them - this was not ideal, but it worked.

Doubles your bill after delivery then threatens debt collection before it's even due

Sent a box Dubai to London. It arrived damaged and in poor condition, which I have photographic evidence of. Over two weeks after delivery I received an invoice more than doubling the original cost, based on dimensional measurements taken by FedEx that do not match the shape of the box I sent. When I raised this, I was told to photograph and measure the box, which had long since been disposed of after arriving damaged. I was then threatened with debt collection and credit score damage before the invoice was even legally due under their own Terms and Conditions. Clause 3.5 of their terms gives 14 days to pay from receipt. Their automated system demanded payment in 7. I am now seeking legal advice. The customer service team repeats the same responses regardless of the points raised. I would never use this company again.

Your shipment was delivered on time on the 28th of May. The image later provided showed an opened box with additional courier tape applied to keep it secure in transit, but no damage to the contents was reported. We also did not receive any report about the condition of the box until after the dimensional discrepancy had been raised.

The additional invoice was based on measurements recorded independently by FedEx as the shipment travelled through their network. These measurements are also visible on the FedEx tracking, so they are not figures created by My Baggage. FedEx uses calibrated equipment and laser measurement technology, and we are billed according to the dimensions they record.

Boxes can also bow or change shape during transit, particularly where the contents are able to shift inside. This can affect the external dimensions recorded by the courier.

Customers can dispute these charges, but supporting photographs and measurements are required so we can challenge the courier’s evidence. Where this cannot be provided, we are unable to overturn the charge and have asked multiple times for assistance from your side to help this be disputed.

Can thoroughly recommend My Baggage.com

Can thoroughly recommend My Baggage.com. sent my suitcase (full of clothes)ahead of me from East Anglia to Isle of Man , in preparation for several weeks recuperating after major op in the north of England.
Suitcase arrived ahead of schedule,(no mean feat , compared with the postal delivery)This was a great relief at this stressful time.

Would recommend without reservation. Customer service responded promptly to my concerns.
