This is an extremely efficient service…

This is an extremely efficient service and the pick was easy and the tracking was very efficient and I felt up to date all the time. A good way to send things to the other side of the world. Not cheap but a suitcase worked out cheaper than a box and they did what they said and I now have a very happy daughter in New Zealand with her winter wardrobe!!

What it said on tin. It would be good to book a delivery there AND back for holiday luggage to save printing labels when on holiday but a good service nonetheless.

Had to pay an extra 110 euro to have my…

Had to pay an extra 110 euro to have my parcel delivered because there was more than 5 lines on my customs sheet for some bullshit ups administration fee. Agreed amount for weight and size of parcel and that should be it. Will never use this service again

When customs processing is required, there may be additional fees required which is assessed on a case by case basis and this is the same for all companies and couriers, not just UPS. Customs processing will always be required when shipping internationally and whilst it is rare for high customs fees, this depends on your contents, the reasons for sending, the declared value and more. This is not something under the control of My Baggage.

The customer service was excellent

The customer service was excellent. We had delayed pick up on one shipment and MyBaggage service operators quickly fixed it. We had a more significant customs issue in Europe and service agent Ryan doggedly shepherded the transit through.

Better Than the Mail

Pickup was easy, delivery was faster than expected, and the service took a huge stress off of my shoulders whilst moving back to the States! It was worth the cost to have my items sent back to me.

Look no further

I’ve used My Baggage a few times now and do not have a negative thing to report.
Pick up is prompt, tracking is reliable and delivery is on time or early.
The delivery is not damaged in any way.
I truly would not use any other company.

Don’t use this service!!

Don’t use this service!!! It’s been a nightmare. Delivery should have been delivered on Wednesday, today only one bag made it and now they’re telling me it’s all delivered. Leaving this review EVERYWHERE.

Hi Electa, thank you for your review. We can see you sent two items from Georgia to New Jersey. Your estimated delivery timeframe advised was the 05th Jun - 10th Jun, at no point did My Baggage advise of a delivery on Wednesday the 3rd of June.

One item was delivered today, the 5th of June and the other is expected to be delivered after the weekend as it progresses through the delivery network. Our team have been in contact with you regarding this and are also chasing this with the courier to ensure delivery as soon as possible however as of today, nothing has been delayed.

We do apologise that the two items have been separated however this is normal for items travelling through an automated couriers network where they may be sorted independently from each other.
