Ordered a cake for the first time with this company. Was a little reluctant, booking all online without knowing any history. The communication were regular. The man who delivered on the morning, handled the cake with care. The cake was better than I'd expected and it tasted incredible. So fresh!!!!

First time ordering from my baker and it did not dissapoint. Ordered for a corporate event and everyone loved the treats. There was so many choices when ordering which is great. Delivery came before event was due to start which is a great result. All the treats looked incredible too, high quality finish, not ruined in transit either. The main take away though is that there was not one bad bit of feedback so overall a success.

I used MyBaker when I missed ordering a birthday cake in advance and the company managed to deliver one the following day. Here's the whole experience:
- Ease of ordering 9/10
- Delivery 8/10
- Looks of the cake 7/10
- Actual taste 2/10

All in all, if you are in trouble and need a next day delivery mybaker is the one to support you. However, if you have more time and would prefer better quality I would recommend using another company.

We ordered a vegan red velvet cake for my daughter’s birthday. The taste was not good and the cake was falling apart when cutting. Overall, would not recommend this company.

We used MyBaker for our wedding cakes. We had a two-tiered more traditional cake and 30 minis, which looked beautiful and tasted delicious, both standard and allergen-friendly versions! Fast. Quick. Home delivery. Delicious Cake. I found this company as I needed a corporate cake with a logo. I had little time. But the staff member was very lovely. He talked it through on the phone. I made the order and it was delivered on time. Everyone loved the cake- it was delicious and they wanted more. I would definitely recommend them!

Was looking for a special birthday cake for my Wife's birthday.
The whole experience with Mybaker from start to finish was excellent with great communication and an excellent delivery exactly as requested and promised.
As far as the cake went -well it was not cheap but I definitely got what I had paid for. The cake was a very tall work of art - superb baking, superb quality ingredients, and superb taste. Not overly sweet it was a really excellent cake .
