We have used The Cravery twice now and each time the amazing team have exceeded expectations.

We recently purchased our wedding cake from them and they couldn't have done enough for us, the cake was simply perfect! They took excellent care everyone was talking about how gorgeous it looked/ tasted!

You also collect loyalty points which is a big incentive to keep re-purchasing from them

I needed a cake for my Nieces 10th birthday as my previous plan fell through. I found this company and the form was very easy to complete. Offered many options and next day delivery was perfect! My niece loved the cake and I couldn’t be happier!

Very disappointed with the experience. The birthday message requested during ordering was not prepared, and at collection the staff member admitted it hadn’t been done, eventually writing a new message in a completely different shade of pink. During the birthday celebration, a piece of cake contained a hair, which I photographed and reported the next day. The contaminated piece and hair were disposed of shortly afterward. When I reached out, they said nothing could be done and suggested bringing it back for investigation, which wasn’t feasible. Given the cake’s cost and its importance to our special occasion, the situation was embarrassing and upsetting in front of guests and they didn’t even apologise.
So next time if you find a hair make sure you keep it as I don’t want you to go through the same experience as I did.

I sent an order at 7pm last night due to a cancellation and the cravery were able to make a batch of cupcakes with a topper for 9am the next day - they are so fantastic thank you so much for the hard work and great service!!!!

We ordered a custom cake for a very special occasion and shared a reference picture beforehand. The cake we received looked nice and it was delivered safely and on time, which we appreciate.

However, it was quite different from the design we had requested. We were expecting something much closer to that design.

The buttercream was also extremely sweet to the point where it was hard to enjoy and it had a slightly unusual smell, which was disappointing given how important the occasion was for us.

While we’re thankful for the timely and safe delivery, overall the experience didn’t meet our expectations.

Update: After posting this review, the owner contacted me and acknowledged that there was a mistake on their side and said a 20% refund would have been offered for the order.

However, I was later told that because I had already posted a negative review, they were not willing to offer any refund/discount. I found that response unprofessional, especially since my review was fair and I clearly mentioned the positives (safe and on-time delivery).

We later had a phone call to resolve it, but the issue still wasn’t handled in a satisfactory way, and the refund was declined.

I understand mistakes can happen, but the way a complaint is handled afterwards matters too.

Only the cream tasted great, but the cake bread was not good.

The staff team have a good online chat and communication arrangement.

I ordered a cake just the day before my son’s birthday party and because of the above I was able to order and collect the very next morning.

Also, the website makes it easy to personalise the cake the way you want it.

I will definately use TheCravery again.

Called me right after placing order to advise on delivery/collection. Cakes arrived on time, with a leaflet of offers/deals. Cake was 10/10 and I'll definitely be ordering with them in the future

My order was cancelled from a technical error on your side, I still haven't received a refund.

The cake couldn’t be faulted it was absolutely delicious and beautifully made. The quality is consistently outstanding, and it’s the reason I keep coming back. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Worth every penny!

Loved the cake. We actually missed our delivery but they were kind enough to send the delivery person back and rescue us from a spoiled event. Exceptional service!
