After my review here on trustpilot I've got response to my Mails and finally my order arrived a few days ago with additional shirts as compensastion. I unverstand, that myballerbox is a smalltalk business and they have troubles with this many orders. In the end everything is fine and I can say, that it's no scam!

It‘s been nearly a month since my order. On November 23rd it was marked as „sent“ and since then I havent had an update, nor an answer to my support requests. Yet they still advertise new sales… if u have problems with the demand stop selling more, at least temporarely…
Update: The owner of the site reached out, apologized and offered compensation. Let‘s see if it will work out now.

As also mentioned in our email conversation, your original order arrived on 27.09 (also according to the track & trace), but you showed proof that the parcel was returned, which we had not received or been notified about.
After reviewing everything, we offered to either refund the full amount or send a new package including an extra shirt as compensation. You chose the second option, and I confirmed that this would be shipped to your address in Leipzig. I understand that the follow-up communication was again too slow, and for that I sincerely apologise.
Today I have followed up again by mail and confirmed that your new parcel is being finalized for dispatch, and I will personally send you the tracking link as soon as it leaves our warehouse.

Customer services/staffing needs to be sorted
I had to email them several times and then post a negative review here before I got a reply via email. Once they were in communication about the items I ordered for my son for Xmas on 30 November 2025, they eventually shipped the items, which arrived on the 17 December 2025. From the owner, they have had issues with staffing but from their website, this looks like it's been going on since at least October 2025. Obviously this needs to be sorted going forward. It took a lot of chasing emails to finally get the order delivered in time for Christmas. For all the hassle, they did send out a free shirt so that was a nice gesture.

Slower delivery than previous but very helpful when contacted
I placed an order with My Baller Box on 22 October and it’s appears as though there have been some issues with getting fast delivery which is noted on the website.
After emailing to get updates myballerbox were able to arrange shipment of the shirts and assurance moving forward.

No one is answering at all, not anywhere. You get sooo frustrated, I ordered af big box for Christmas and I’m not sure if it’s gonna be here before Christmas or even at all. This is very bad, to be honest I don’t really think they care, only about your money, so sad to have wasted the money. I could cry man !!

No communication!
I had a very disappointing experience. There was little to no communication possible — every attempt to get clear answers was ignored. On top of that, they operate under false conditions, making promises that turn out to be misleading. Overall, I cannot recommend this at all.
After quick response on trustpilot still no communication! I doubt if I ever get my order….
Unfortunately, had to wait far too long for a response. Emailed several times. But eventually received an apology and the order was shipped.

Trotz mehrfacher Nachfrage beim Kundenservice habe ich keine zufriedenstellende Antwort erhalten. Somit habe ich über 200 € bezahlt und wahrscheinlich verloren. Leider kann ich diesen Shop niemandem empfehlen.
Update: Title: Still waiting after 4 months – unbelievable experience
I ordered six items 4 months ago and only received half of my order.
After repeatedly reaching out, I finally got an email a month ago from the seller, promising to send the missing jerseys (plus a free T-shirt) if I changed my one-star review on Trustpilot. I refused, of course — and since then, absolutely nothing has happened.
At this point, I’ve paid over €200 and only received three jerseys. No updates, no refund, no shipment, just empty promises.
Order #3457 arrived months ago, but order #3459 is still missing.
This whole situation is beyond frustrating and completely unacceptable.
Avoid this company unless you want to lose your money and your patience.

AVOID appear to be a scam
I don’t believe this website is legitimate. I placed an order. Which was never posted. I messaged the company on the website, Instagram and also email. They never replied. I’ve now had to raise a complaint through PayPal. AVOID!
Note they have not sent me any email or contact even though below says they have. This is definitely a scam site. BEWARE.
EDIT: UPDATE they are clearly replying to reviews pretending to trying to sort issues however they have not helped me at all. I am still without any product since August last year.
They issued a refund only when I submitted a PayPal dispute. In a previous email they offered a £40 shirt to compensate however this was 6 months ago and still nothing.
