I've been coming to Dr Hayter for a number of years for various treatments and what reassures me most is the amount of time taken to discuss, assess and explain the treatments. What impresses me most is that Dr Hayter firmly believes that less is more and always strives for a natural look. I had Coolsculpting for a few stubborn areas between my thighs, on my hips and belly and the results were nothing short of remarkable. Again, it was the attention to the planning before the treatment that really paid off - and it wasn't half as painful as I imagined it might be. Very happy client!

I had a great experience with Dr Susie Hayter. She really listens and gives sound advice. On my 2 week check up she wanted to make sure that everything was right and I was happy.

I couldn't have asked for a better first experience. This was my first time ever having fillers or anything other than a standard facial for that matter so I was pretty nervous and unsure however Susanna put me at ease both during my consultation and during my treatment. On the day of my treatment, I got such a warm welcome at the clinic which completely put me at ease and all fear and anxiety quickly evaporated. I'm especially grateful for Susanna's sensitive approach to my anxiety about fillers but I need not have feared. The treatment itself was almost painless and I'm very happy with the results which will only improve in the coming 10 days or so. Thank you Susanna - you're amazing!
