The website often has issues processing…

The website often has issues processing payments. Today, upon attempting to click the, "reimburse myself," section, it states, "Error loading page." I tried calling customer service but was placed on hold for over 30 minutes before I gave up.

Seems like these people are good at collecting money, but absolutely terrible at serving customers.

My experience is consistent with the other reviewers. Called to get my HSA card that was never sent to me, because even though I followed their sign up process to a tee my account was "frozen". So I had to wait on hold for an hour to get just a security code to log in. Then I asked how I would receive my debit card which was the reason I called and got no real answer and an attitude from the rep. I do not recommend

Horrible customer service !!!!!

Ive been on hold now for 37 minutes to reset my account password which I dont know why i got locked out of in the first place, tried to resent password through the website but i got message stating I had to call. I dont know why a company could totally disregard customer service reviews like this without some plan for improvement. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. By the way still on hold going on 45 minutes

Is there a way to give 0 star for this company?
THE WORST CUSTOMER SUPPORT COMPANY EVER!!! If you are trying to reach them, please ensure to have 7+ hours of spare time in your day. You will be on hold for minimum of 60+ minutes to reach someone to answer your call. You will also get disconnected DURING your conversation with a rep (luckily, if you get connected to someone) with no reason and they will NEVER call you back. Horrible customer service

Very poor impression

As other people have said, very long hold times, denials without legitimate reasons, have yet to receive a debit card from them and it's April. I've logged three "lost/stolen card" requests.

This company is denying my claims for FSA eligible items

This company is denying my claims for FSA eligible items. When I asked why my claim for a heating pad was denied, they said I needed a letter of medical necessity. I have submitted for reimbursement for a heating pad through WageWorks (my employer's old administrator) and never needed a letter. I asked about Icy Hot and they said I would also need a letter of medical necessity. That doesn't make sense because Icy Hot is an OTC medication and IS FSA eligible. I asked why it would be denied and they referred me to FSAStore.com and IRS 502 publication to find out what's eligible. Well FSAStore.com shows heating pads and Icy Hot as FSA eligible. They had no response to this and just said it's confusing. I asked for a list of FSA eligible items and they said they don't have one. DO NOT CONTRACT with this company. They are horrible, inexperienced, and don't know what they are doing. I will be complaining about this to my employer. Hopefully they will switch back to WageWorks/Health Equity.

ZERO STARS this company outsources to…

ZERO STARS this company outsources to the Philippines and they point blank said they have no idea how to process my request to stop paper statements which they charge me 4.50 per month. Its so difficult to pay yourself and this scammy company is loaded with hidden fees but no customer service. They transfer me around everybody has an invasive verification process before they tell you they cant help you, but you can go do it yourself on the app.

The most horrible customer service…

The most horrible customer service ever. I never get to talk to a person because they never answer. Always on hold for over an hour and I end up hanging up because I can't wait any longer. How can this continue and nothing gets done about it? Everyone has the same issue I'm having. Do they only employ one customer service rep?

Pathetic company

Pathetic company. Customer service is worst even after waiting for 50 mins, no one is able to help. I called multiple times, always there is waiting and no one answer except IVR message keeps on running. I hate Benefit Wallet. I will definitely complain to my employer I want to stop contributing with them.

Stay away... I Made a contribution on 1/18/23 and it still has not posted to my account. Cannot reach anyone in customer service. The email system won't respond. How can they steal money and get away with it!?

Zero stars !

At 37 days and counting since reimbursement request. Yes over a month to get my money back. Supposedly all info is correct and they just have to process. ARRRRGGGHHHHHHH! Multiple phone calls and still no resolution.

I actually feel sorry for their outsourced customer service center in India.

So, I have $365 right now that I could submit for reimbursements.I tried to put my husband's direct deposit because that's our main account to pay from- no big deal right? He is my husband. Well, then direct deposit was disabled. Fine. I will take a check. Tried to submit for a paper check never goes to the next page for verification "website cannot load". Ok, fine I will wait a week to process our January RX receipts.Called 4 times, on hold 30+ minutes each time, each time they hang up.Google "BenefitWallet reviews" finds these reviews. Edit benefits, cancel all future contributions and contacted our HR department before others have TERRIBLE experiences. Glad I saw these reviews before I was 5k deep into this company.

THE WORST FSA OUT THERE

THE WORST FSA OUT THERE. They are treating FSAs like they are HSAs. They require documentation or detailed receipts for everything, even when it’s blatantly obvious what an expense is for. They then require EOBs for non-EOB expenses.. I.e. FSA or HSA-eligible goods. They have ridiculously long hold times, staff that don’t understand what you are saying, and a general lack of empathy, good communication skills, and good customer service. If you are shopping for an FSA/HSA vendor for your company.. DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!

If I could give them ZERO stars, that's exactly what they would get. How do you deny a claim, tell me you did not pay it, and then suspend my card until I REPAY something that was never paid in the first place? Did I mention the hold time is 1hr and 37min! The county messed up with this one. WageWorks worked just great. NEVER an issue.

Worst company ever. Involved in Fraud/Deception. Should be shutdown

Worst company ever. There should be a class action lawsuit against their antics. Attempted to withdraw my remaining balance due to tax purposes. First there website was down for 3 weeks due to issues. Now my reimbursement has been pending for more than 2 weeks now in the "processing" status. On top of that it is impossible to reach their customer service department, I have been on hold for hours multiple times throughout the last few weeks. They should be shut down by the relevant authorities for fraud.
