My Big Fat Brighton Weekend 

I dreaded organising my best friends hen party but mybigfatbrightonweekend made it simple and easy to do. They were always there to answer my questions and they were help helpful.
The beach house was clean and a lovely place to stay, in a great location.
We had the taste of vintage package, it was amazing the crew was friendly, and made the whole experience special for every member of the hen party. I would recommend this company to everyone. Thank you so much, it was the best hen party I have had in a long time.

I used My Big Fat Brighton Weekend to organise accommodation and some activities for a weekend long stag do in Brighton. We had a single point of contact in Emma, who was happy to discuss anything via email or phone an always quick the respond. She recommended a town house for 14 people near the station which was perfectly located and a great place to stay for downtime outside of activities during the day. Given my lack of knowledge of Brighton, Emma also suggested we get entry to bar 76 for the Saturday night... a great choice, awesome weekend had by all

The whole process worked seamlessly, no issues whatsoever, and would recommend using My Big Fat Brighton Weekend to anybody thinking of having a stag or hen do in Brighton (awesome place to have one btw!)

We hired Beach boutique 2, there were 20 of us, the house was great, spotless clean and really well presented. The bedrooms and bathrooms where lovely, although a couple had to sleep on the beds in the living room.
On arrival we had a buffet and bare bum butler (Floris) he was a massive hit! He was brilliant!! The buffet was lovely too. We then had cocktail making, the cocktails were fab but unfortunately we didn't really like the bar staff they were a bit miserable considering there were 20 of us, the lady who works there was incredibly rude and we all walked out because of the way she spoke to a few of the party and didn't take up there offer of a free booth all night, I've had better cocktail making experiences tbh..
On the sat we did the wildgoose pub challenge, which after a very heavy Friday was a real welcome relief, we really enjoyed it, although the instructions on starting were a little unclear, when into it, was a good laugh and we actually saw a little of brighton! Sat afternoon We had a great meal with great service at Las Iguanas even though there were 20 of us they were great!
Sat night we had tickets to the Adonis Show, there were only 2 'acts' on although was a laugh didn't really think we got very good value. The club was lovely but unfortunately absolutely freezing so couldn't wait to get out of there! They encourage you to stay on but none of us wanted too as was so cold! We went to Molly Malones and had a great night!
Overall would highly recommend Big fat brighton weekends they were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable we had a brilliant time and the house was stunning and in a brilliant location.

Generally I don't like to complain publicly about something, I don't think it's fair to a business, I've waited a while to cool off in the hopes that I wouldn't feel the need to complain online but I still do... So, here's my beef. When we arrived at our property the kitchen was in such a bad state of disrepair that I rang the agency and they were, well useless. The internet wasn't working either and I hadn't realised (but apparently it did state) that the central heating doesn't work and the small electrical heaters we were provided were pathetic. On the second day we did have wifi but it was pretty weak as it was located in the building next door. I was told to ring the manager on the Monday after my sister's hen and I did and she was incredibly unhelpful. Apparently because I had a 'good deal' and there wasn't an issue with the water etc then I had no grounds to claim money back, which I wanted to distribute between all the women who'd attended the weekend. I said this wasn't good enough as the kitchen was terrible (I wish I could attach pictures), as was their customer services but she literally couldn't care less. When I asked to speak to the actual owner of the property she refused. I couldn't get anywhere and I just feel terrible that I took money off all my sisters friends and they had to stay somewhere that was absolutely not as advertised. For me, it's not about us getting a good deal - which we would have if there had been 16 of us but I insisted on a larger house as we wanted a bed each (which apparently isn't the done thing) and so for 11 of us it was cheap but really, this is about what I am told I am getting and what the reality is. Very poor management, very disappointed.

Thanks so much for your help making the hen weekend I organised so amazing. The house was stunning and perfectly located, the Crafty Hens were brilliant and everyone loved the workshop!
Having the chef come in on Saturday night was a lovely touch, so thanks for suggesting and our hen loved it.
I would definitely use you guys again and will recommend you to my friends!

Wow.... thank you so much for all your support, guidance and giggles whilst booking our package with you. April- our consultant was as mad as a hatter... and soooo friendly - you couldnt have asked for more. The booking process was faultless and the package itself was perfect... food was amazing... butlers in the buff were fantastic.... beauticians were unreal!!! Thank you so much.
(I would recommend to everyone booking the nightclub package to ensure that they have ID with them... regardless of age as they are very strict with their ID protocol and we nearly were unable to get it....)

Emma at 'My Big Fat Brighton Weekend' was a breath of fresh air.
She answered all my questions immediately and went out of her way to make sure our weekend ran smoothly. We even had time for some light hearted banter along the way....
The house we stayed in was excellent and really made the weekend, as it was in a good location and right near the seafront so we could even have a dip in the sea.
Would definitely recommend this company to friends and family.

From the beginning there was a good selection of packages to chose from to suit the interests of all the hens. The booking process was easy and well explained, and the staff at Big Fat Weekend were helpful along the way with changes to the booking and numbers etc. The weekend lived up to all expectations and the accommodation was of a good standard too. All the girls could not stop talking about the weekend afterwards...a great time had by all!

The hen weekend was perfect....the weather helped too. The buffet was late on the friday but just to put this into perspective, i rang the head office, nothing was to much trouble as the delivery had gone to wrong address, all sorted quickly and the buffet was amazing...all fresh and homemafe chunky coleslaw not cheap stuff.
The dirty dancing lesson was such fun and very professional, we even got a youtube link of us!
Saturday night we had a party pass but it wasnt really our cup of tea but we sampled a coupld of bars then stuck to what we like.
All in all we all had a great time and experienced friendly professional service at all times. Thank you.....we will be back for our 40's next year!!

From the minute I found My Big Fat Brighton Weekend on google, the whole nightmare of finding accommodation for my best friends hen doo was over! The website was great and made searching for the sort of property I was after really easy. I was spoilt for choice as they have so many fabulous properties available. I emailed to check availability and they replied straight away, so all that was left was for me to call, pay the deposit and it was booked! The house we stayed in was fabulous and everyone in the group commented on what a great find it was. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend My Big Fat Brighton Weekend, having organised several hen weekends, sorting somewhere to stay is always such a hassle but this time it was the easiest part. Thank You!

Let me say the activities we had were great but the problem was with the accommodation! On arrival we had a drink spillages down the walls, plastic stuck in plug sockets, gone off milk spilt everywhere in the fridge so disgustingly potent and dry and crusty in the fridge it was that old!!! Dirty cup in the lounge, dirty plate in with the clean ones in the cupboard, smashed lamp shoved in the draws and a broken window in the main bedroom not just a crack but a full on hole! Terrible paint job where they have obviously had a leak in the main bedroom, so the walls were all yellow and obviously needs to be re-plastered and painted! Finally there was an immense amount of black mold along the top of the wall in the main bathroom, absolutely disgusting!!!! We had someone from the company out to come and see all this which was fine to try and get it dealt with, of which she assured me would be looked into and dealt with and I would receive a response in regard to this matter. But surprise I did not receive a reply and had to chase the matter myself, to only be dealt with by Neil Stonehill apparent Managing Director
of My Big Fat Brighton Weekend who states that "With regard to any other of these issues (other than the window) they were not pointed out to him at the time"! Which is a total and utter lie, so let alone do they let you have an disgustingly dirty accommodation (which is not worth the money you pay) they also imply that you are a liar!!! There customer services is a complete utter lie and I am absolutely disgusted by how we have been treated in regard to this matter! My best advise...stay away if you want an enjoyable weekend in a good standard of accommodation!!
Horrendous customer service, I email to chase up what's happening and the response is "We have nothing else to say" to which I reply "Not even an apology for the standard of the accommodation?" and the response was "No we have nothing else to say!" So let alone the terrible standard of the accommodation they won't even apologise!!! Absolutely terrible!

I was in charge of planning one my really good friends hen do and was terrified of messing it up. My Big Fat Brighton Weekend was great at helping me organise the night and keeping it within our budget. They were really helpful and informative and were very good at keeping in touch and responding quickly to any queries I had. If I had to go through the stress of organising another hen do I would definitely use them again! Big thank you for all there help!

For the little time I had to organise a stag weekend, I found that mybigfatbrightonweekend was extremely helpful and would most definitely recommend them to anyone or even use them myself again. Our group was on a limited budget in a short space of time due to being let down by another stag company. The accommodation that they found was cheap and friendly and centre of all attractions. Mybigfatbrightonweekend company went out of their way to ensure that we had a great time :)

We had a wonderful hen weekend, the house, Ben the chef and the dance lesson were all fabulous. It really couldnt have been better. My Big Fat Brighton weekend and particularly April were a great help and made putting together the weekend very easy. It went without a hitch and we have a very pleased hen. I would definitely use My Big Fat Brighton Weekend again and reccomend to friends.

The place we stayed in was gorgeous - I'm surprised any of us managed to leave!
My 'Big Fat Brighton Weekend' were really helpful prior to the weekend with booking events and replying to any questions that we had.
We can't thank them enough, as over the weekend we had a very poorly bride and MBFBW were so accommodating in helping us adapt our plans to still make the the weekend a success! Thanks Guys!

From start to finish the experience was fantastic. I'm always the person to ask a 1000 questions and in this case I didn't. If I did, then the support and welcoming attitude from everyone at My Big Fat Brighton Weekend was excellent.
