If I could give this company 0 stars I would! I REALLY wish I would have read the reviews before purchasing! Their customer service is awful! This is a shady company! I say shady because they refused to have a conversation with me on the phone and only allowed communication via email because they know they are WRONG! They tried delaying the process so they could say I had it delivered and tried even pursuading me to keep it for money off the order!! I purchased a $2k laminator. I paid for faster shipping because I needed it now. After days of not hearing anything, I reached out and they said it was backordered via chat. After calling the manufacturer, I found out it wasn't backordered. I cancelled this order and purchased it from another company. That company delivered the laminator the next day! I reached back out to MyBinding.com and they said sorry it already shipped even though I already cancelled it prior to it even shipping. I have documentation proving I cancelled it and they started the cancellation process. They have taken $2k out of my bank and refuse to refund me. I NEVER got the laminator!! I've called the bank and made fraud charges. Buyer BEWARE!

Terrible Experience - Avoid if your business depends on equipment
Our company depends on binding equipment and supplies. We made the mistake of ordering a commercial punch machine from mybinding.com and it turned into a grade A cluster mess. I'm not sure exactly where things went wrong other than nobody seemed to know what's in stock - couldn't get straight answers for weeks until the machine just showed up at our loading dock. We assembled our staff to start a training session and it turns out they sent us the wrong die. We got a Rhino-tuff die in an Akiles box. They fedexed us another and installed it but the machine kept eating paper. Spent hours with tech support and had to crate the whole thing back up and ship it back. Then called to ordered another machine and nobody called back. Called again in the morning and by closing time still no reply. Cancelled the order and bought from someone else who shipped it a day later. I think the mybinding.com ship is sinking. Won't order from them again.
