Made a order of 550€ in the beginning of October 2023, on February 2024 I received only one doll, the cheapest one priced at 45€... Wish me luck 🙏🏻 they stopped replying to all my messages and emails at this point.
As of 1.7.2025 I haven't received my money or the dolls. They even lied to me that the order was shipped and I wasn't home. I live in a small village and know the delivery guy, nothing came for me from them.
Bought a Monster High Doll in JULY 2023. No refund nor the doll to this day despite asking frequently for it for months. DO NOT purchase from this store. please. We gave up on our money because this is ridiculous. Have fun with the 40€, if you need them that badly.
I made a purchase of 2 Monster High Dolls on October 3rd, a wait of 4 weeks for shipment was expected, that would be ok, after 8 weeks and empty promises they create a shipping number which hasn't even been posted on the post shop, refuse to answer emails and will not make a refund, DO NOT TRUST THEM!
