Very bad extremely bad service. I paid for this album keychain. The agent Katarina told me in email that the package will be delivered by DHL on 30th. Still nothing has arrived. She is not even giving me the tracking number. I asked for a refund since I have not received anything. But she is completely ignoring my emails now. They have taken my money but no product. They are thieves and a con. Do not order anything with this company.

The tracking number was automatically provided to you via e-mail when the order was sent out. Our agent advised you to check your junk/spam folders as it had been sent already, so you could check the status of the parcel.
As per the information from the DHL website, the parcel was available for pick up at one of their destinations on January 30th due to the customs process which was going on at the time. You refused to pick up the package days later at which point it was returned to us as per the DHL's policy.
The product was returned to us and you had been fully refunded. We hope we'll have another chance to cooperate, perhaps with more success, in the future. 😊

Easy to order - website process is a straightforward process that anyone can go through and order a Bookeez. The quality of the print and craftsmanship is really great.
Communication with the Bookeez team was a pleasure..they are always ready to answer any questions you may have.

I haven’t yet received my order however the delivery is very slow! I placed my order 13 days ago and on the website it states 5-9 days delivery. It was a gift for a birthday that has already passed so I had to spend more money on an additional gift.

The delivery time to your location was 5-9 Business days, the parcel arrived to you within the designated timeframe. The order was placed on Saturday, December 31 and we need 1-3 Business days to manufacture the mini albums. The parcel arrived on January 13th which was 5 Business days later.

Haven't recieved my order I paid for at the beginning of November. They ignored my email and message on social media. Can't get my money back. Now have to buy my sister another gift for Christmas.
Have noticed the reply, after you tried to get my review taken down stating it was fraudulent. This isn't what happened. It never reached me, the tracking didn't work and you guys didn't reply for over 2 months. However I did eventually get a refund so thank you.

We noticed that your order reached the UK and was returned to us due to a failed delivery attempt. In these cases, the parcels are returned to local post office from which they can be picked up within 2-4 weeks, depending on the facility and your package was returned to us since it was not obtained within that timeframe.
We're sorry that we were not able to help you out at the time but we can not find any inquiries in our system and are sorry to have missed your messages. We assure you that we do not have any ill intentions towards any of our customers and we'd love to mend this situation as best of our ability.
