I was having trouble activating the Windows key. I purchased customer service rep. Jake help me discover that it was the wrong version of Windows that I had purchased the key for made it easy for me to purchase the correct key for an additional amount then he stayed on the phone with me until I actually got the key activated. He’s very helpful and patience with me as I am disabled, simple computer task are not as easy as they want used to be his patience helped me with my frustration and I very much appreciate how helpful was

They answer the phone and transfer you to a real person that does their best to help you with your problem. Jake was helpful in discovering the problem I was having trying to change computer from win 10 to win 11. Finally discovered the win 10 on the computer could not be upgraded to win 11 after running the check multiple times. Explained how a refund will be done.

I found the download to upgrade from Windows 10 to Wndows 11 to be fairly difficult. It kept taking me to sites that partially aborted with no alternative than to “retry”. It took several attempts with no success as it completed steps two then aborted at about 75% of completion in step three. Later, as I restarted my laptop it indicated that it would start again. All seemed complete but my settings indicated that I was still in Windows 10. I tried again and this time an entirely different process started that seemed to take hours to complete. I then tried restarting my laptop and more time was needed. A very slow and confusing download that is not friendly. The support line answered quickly but the representatives seemed not very willing to stay with you to solve. They make it clear that the will not stay on the line, but they are willing to cancel the sale. It almost seemed as though you had to be lucky to land on the correct download site.

I bought a copy of Office 2019 from their website and downloading went fine, but I was unable to activate the product. Jake of tech services walked me through the process including weekend emails and offered to do the activation for me if I wanted. He even showed me how to verify Office was officially activated.
