Had my old trusty computer no longer worked on web

Had my old trusty computer no longer able to work on the web. Had the money back guarantee when to upgrade. Apparently my computer was too old for it to be upgraded. After getting new computer was able to replace the lost software with their guarantee. Very good company to work with that is good to their word. Will buy from them again if needed.

Communication was great

Communication was great. Also, I had a question that was technical, and it was answered promptly and very thoroughly that’s unusual because most of us read too quickly so I would trust them with another purchase. My purchase date and first emails were in 11/2025; my question was in 01/2026.

Your rep Alex was very patient, knowledgeable, and understanding. I purchased your software without realizing that my laptop did not meet the minimum system requirements. He asked me a few questions and, based on my answers, promised a refund. Thank you, Alex! FRAUD

Bought 8 Windows 11 Pro keys.

4 had already been used and wouldn't activate.

The rep kept telling me to "troubleshoot", but nothing worked. BECAUSE THEY ARE USED KEYS.

We take concerns like this seriously and want to clarify what’s happening. When a key appears to already be in use, it’s often related to system configuration, existing digital licenses, or multiple activation attempts during setup, which is why troubleshooting is the appropriate first step. When that doesn’t resolve the issue, we offer replacement keys. In this case, replacement keys were declined, and a refund was requested instead, which we accepted and are currently processing. You reported activation issues with several keys, and those keys are already in the refund process. If you have any remaining questions while the refund is being finalized, our support team is available to help.

Installing Microsoft office 2024…

I was having a lot of problems installing my new Microsoft Office 2024 program I just purchased from you.
Alex took time walking me through the installation process. It turns out I had not uninstalled my older “Office” version.
He was very patient with me and walked me through the process.i appreciated it. Everything is working now.

Excellent customer service

I have received excellent customer service from Alex A. at My Choice Software today. As it turned out, there was no problem with the software that I purchased. Alex had to explain the product naming by Microsoft for me to understand that I purchased what I needed and that what I was sent WAS the correct software. Thanks for the explanation, Alex! (Sorry for wasting your time :-})
