My products have not been delivered to the required address despite us been on site and the house owner being at home both days. My products are now 6 miles away. Left a telephone message with My Consumables and received no reply. Will not use this company again. Will use Amazon.

Rubbish delivery service, had to chase my order after 2 weeks, was told it would arrive within 2 days. Have had to chase again, three times in total for non delivery, now a month after placing my order and still no show. I will be making a claim via my credit card company. Please, please, please do not risk placing an order with this company.

They advertise trade accounts, but when you apply for one ,instead of sending a form to check references they send a message asking about the business. When you question this they get really rude and tell you to go elsewhere. Well guess what. I HAVE !!!

I paid for 2 boxes of Stixall but never received them. Apparently they were delivered by their couriers. I have been told by someone that a box was left outside our locked front door on a busy industrial estate. Surely even a delivery driver with half a brain would just deliver it next door to a neighbouring company?
I've had a couple of conversations with an employee called Josh. "What do you want us to do, we cant be out of pocket" was his comment yesterday and "go ahead and leave us a bad review"

Ordered 2 items on a Tuesday morning, received an email back the same day with a tracking number and a delivery date of 1 to 3 days.
After waiting for 3 days I emailed MYconsumables to enquire where my items were because Yodel claim they still hadn’t got the package.
After failing to receive a reply back to my email, the next day I rang MYconsumables only to be greeted with an answer machine, again NO call back!
My parcel was finally picked up by a Yodel courier from a convenience store in Leigh 3 days after ordering and the package was eventually delivered to my property 6 days later.
I’ve bought silicone off MYconsumables before, but after experiencing zero communication from customer support coupled with the pathetic non existent Yodel courier delivery service, I don’t think I’ll be purchasing anything else from MYconsumables if they continue to use Yodel as their preferred courier!..

Ordered and paid for some discs. £78 for a months supply, didn't show up, contacted them, no reposnse. got sent a link for feedback, added genuine feedback that the discs had not been sent. got a phonecall from owner swearing down the phone. WOULD NOT REFUND ME. had to get paypal to step in and finally refunded me today AVOID!

This company is amazing the only thing I wish is a winder variety so I can hit the free delivery mark easier, used multiple times best customer service of any business I've ever used. Even added extra nozzles for me, I will always use these guys so long as they're around. Thank you!

Amazing compared to other brands

Have just received another parcel from Myconsumables, always order from them for pads and cutting discs. Great products at a very reasonable price and delivered very quickly. Have followed the company since it first started on Facebook and I do like to support new ventures.
