Honest review

Great price, excellent product was very pleased with the cushion itself it was made well, looked great, felt great and I felt well worth the money. However as it was a gift for a dear friend who had recently lost someone I requested a card be printed with some chosen words when ordering, the card itself turned out to be a very poorly printed sticky label stuck to the back of a piece of cardboard and the printing was barely readable. Very dissapointing if you cannot offer a decent additional service why offer it in the first place. Vey very very pleased with the cushion just a shame about the poor work on the card. :( Michael Coffill )

I thought the message would be put on…

I thought the message would be put on to the cushion, ie embroidered, not on a card
Bit disappointed due to that,
if I missed your note, about it being on a separate note, my bad, other wise it's lovely,

This is such a shame to read, we advertise that we can include Free of charge, a gift message that we print onto a miniature card and we even display an example with every cushion image on our website.
