Very fast delivery and excellent service. A couple of bowl arrived broken, but the issue was resolved quickly with a replacement. I’m very satisfied with the service and will definitely order again.

Great customer service from Rinkit...

My purchase from Rinkit arrived damaged so I emailed their customer service and within ten minutes I recieved a reply from Ana..she asked for a few details about damaged items and immediately arranged for replacements to be sent which i recieved in two days in perfect condition, Really great customer service, thankyou

Replacement of damaged bowl on delivery.

I have also been on the receiving end of Ana and she has helped to replace a damaged glass bowl that was damaged before it was delivered to me.

Great response time and politely worded emails. Thankyou so much Ana. Wonderful service. Thankyou Rinkit & Co.

Waiting for a refund

I sent a parcel back to Rinkit, which was not needed and waited for my refund which didn’t come in the due time expected. I got in touch with them via email, they responded in a matter of 2 hrs, delt with my concern immediately and my refund was sent within 24hours.

Fast, effective first rate customer service

I received an order promptly but there were imperfections with the enamel plates. I raised the issue to Rinkit who responded quickly and resolved the problem by arranging to replace the plates immediately. Definitely the most responsive and fasted customer service I have received.

Great customer service.

Great customer service.

My order arrived damaged, but Marija sorted it out very quickly. She sent 7 replacement items straight away and told me I didn’t need to return the damaged ones. Everything was easy and stress-free.

Very happy with the service and would happily order from Rinkit again.

Great products and excellent customer service

I ordered a few things from Rinkit recently and am really impressed with the quality of the products, the prices and the customer service. They've been really helpful and resolved an Evri delivery issue really quickly. Highly recommend!

Absolutely appalling

Absolutely appalling, ordered on Friday 2nd January for Saturday delivery, not seeing the information i have since found out and what they keep repeating to me stating they cant guarantee delivery for Saturday, ok so Monday I was expecting it, its now the 7th and still no delivery, repeated emails to them and repeated responses, its gone from 24 hours to now 48 hours and again another excuse, I think its time i find another company to deal with, there customer service on this occasion is a disgrace and they dont seem to give a dam about the customer (me), I wont be accepting the delivery when and if it does get delivered, I will NOT be paying the return postage and they have failed with there delivery, consumer rights

Responsibility: The seller is responsible for the goods until they are in your physical possession, not the delivery company.

Therefore i will just leave the parcel wherever it is left, inform the company to have it collected

Absolutely superb customer service.

Absolutely superb customer service. The water glasses I bought were beautiful. Unfortunately the courier handed me a damaged oil spray bottle (the 'fragile' plastered all over the parcel was clearly missed by them, and I contacted Rinkit. They despatched a replacement immediately and it arrived in time for xmas!

Speedy delivery and great customer service

Second time ordering box frames from Rinkit - both times I’ve had speedy delivery. I received one faulty item (chipped glass on a frame - which was sealed). They’ve responded straight away and are sending a replacement. Excellent service and I’ll continue to shop with them.

Excellent customer service and good quality glasses

I have experienced the most excellent customer service from Rinkit, I ordered some martini glasses, which were very good quality and at a great price, however, when the parcel arrived one of the glasses was broken in the post, I reported this to the customer service and had a reply straight away with an offer of a refund or replacement. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company.
