Very quick, kept in touch for delivery and the bed is exactly as I ordered.

Very prompt delivery and a lovely, well made bed. One thing I would recommend is a sticker on the base that has the feet in it. It is difficult to keep the base shut to manoeuvre once the strap is cut.

My daughter has now hit the age of teen "sophistication" and I searched high and low for the perfect bed and you have delivered a service I'll definitely be coming back to as I have another 2 rooms I need to renovate. Definitely sceptical due to the quality promised and the price I could see but I assure anyone with concerns this company is amazing Monday 3rd was due to be delivered but received it on the 1st which couldn't of been anymore perfect allowed my to get the carpet fitted earlier than planned which made my life so much easier. I'll be updating this with a photo of it fully assembled later today but again thank you for promising a service and exceeding my expectation.100% will be recommending and returning😊😇

Great communication as I ordered the wrong bed, was cancelled then needed some clarification on a text which was sent by their courier - excellent communication. Was delivered 6am in the morning which was good as my Husband was up! Easy Divan bed to put together! Would definitely buy again, thanks!

Was a bit dubious about ordering because the price was much lower than other places, but I’m very happy with the bed, looks good and feels solid. Also had some questions when building it and was able to call the support line who helped me straight away.

The driver was super helpful and the bed arrived as scheduled ( although we had requested a one day delay due to our appointments calendar ).
Overall, our experience was a good one and I would recommend the company.

The bed arrived fast and was well made and looks great. We opted for the wall mounted head board which came with everything we needed to mount to the wall. The only issue we had was the feet that needed to be fitted to both bases were inside the strapped base so had to re-strap them back together to fit the mattress on it bar that it is greatly good J
