Dress is rubbish. Way too small. Material is terrible. And even though it was sent from Sydney, I have to pay to return to China! Avoid this company.

Dress was definitely not the same as the one pictured. Appeared to be a cheap knock off of another dress. Very disappointing

Received 2 'linen dresses. Absolute rubbish material. No linen at all, says polyester / cotton. Won't even wear them.

Dresses not as advertised. Cheap material looks like lining material thin
Also dresses smelt of mold ordered 2 cost over 100 dollars
Applied for a refund and nil response
Terrible customer service
Dresses so bad I can't even give them away

Where this so called company is getting 4 or 5 stars from is beyond me , I have sent numerous emails to them to send my 2 dresses,back without reply with next email threatening to get consumer affairs involved and that is when they replied , I told them I was sending them back as they were rubbish and nothing like in the pics , no size labels on them no tickets on them and I told them don't blame me for no tickets on them as the policy is that they need to be sent back with all tickets still on them which they never came with , once they gave me address to send them back couldn't believe it was in China and it cost me nearly 40$ to send back was not impressed as website definitely says they are in Sydney. Never again will I buy from this place never ever. In saying that I've sent them off and just got my refund back from them so that was a positive

Terrible quality!!! They do not reply to emails when requesting a return/ refund. They advertise as an Australian company which is false, they are a Chinese company. Positive reviews on here are fake you can tell. Multiple people with the first name ‘Isla’ and ‘Evie’ and last name ‘Carter’ I’m sorry but it is so obvious they are swapping first and last names to create fake positive reviews.

Firstly, make sure before purchasing item you do your research on reviews ! This website states it’s an Australian based website and the stores located in Australia. IT IS NOT !
Unfortunately I rushed into purchasing these items and not reading reviews until after PURCHASE. It took so long and still hadn’t arrived received my items yet and when I looked at the tracking it was through YANWEN TRACKING which is Chinese logistics company. That’s when I knew something was dodgy, I researched the website found out they put down a fake address in Australia which if you click on contact us is shows this below 👇

ADEPT SALON ESSENTIALS is not a clothing store, it’s a completely different website and shop based in Australia.

They have put fake details on their website, took just over 3 weeks for my items to arrive when I needed it before then for an event so it left me in a predicament….therefore I had to get another outfit last minute. The items looked nothing like what it did in the photo. Terrible quality, terrible material. Like it was hand crafted and looked like it come from an old opp shop. Waste of time, waste of money, dodgy website, do not trust ! Very disappointed!!

Unique and stylish. I always find something special at MyDresses. The designs are unlike anything else I’ve seen online.

I’m very disappointed, the dresses were falsely advertised as being linen and on arrival the dresses were polyester with 10 or 15% cotton count, and the dresses arrived in 2 different sizes, this is not what I ordered . I have emailed them in regards to a return and refund with no reply twice and the listed number is not available to make contact. I would not recommend doing business with My Dresses unless you want hi cost cheap and nasty clothing.

The perfect dress! I’ve never felt so confident in a dress before. It fit perfectly, and the quality is amazing. I’ll be coming back for more!

Would not recommend purchasing from this company. All returns must be sent to China and must include tracking which is super expensive

Practically a scam!!! No tag dress is completely different size horrible quality. So bad can’t even return never shop here! $70 for rubbish plus took 3 weeks! Couldn’t be more disappointed

This company is questionable. I had ordered 3 dresses from here .. firstly the delivery was way outside the ETA provided. 2 of the 3 dresses that came in were ok. With the third one which happened to be the most expensive one, the sizing was wayyyy off! I ordered a medium and what has been delivered is more like an XS. I have emailed customer service for a refund and have yet to hear back! The number on the website has a standard engaged tone.
There are no sizes listed on the garments anywhere! I would be wary of buying anything from here!!

I received my order 3 weeks later and then I have tried to return the item and almost 2 weeks later I still haven't received a response to the emails I have sent - nobody answers the phone so it is impossible to get a refund!

The dress looks nothing like it does online. I looked up the returns policy and sent an email but never heard back. Do not recommend.

The dress i have ordered came within the shipping time provided on the website. The dress is beautiful and the material is great . I have received many complements from my friends. Will definitely buy from this company again.

ABSOLUTE DODGY COMPANY!! As per my previous 1 star review, if it was possible to give no stars that would be the case. Now 2 months of trying to get my money back!! Dresses I "Pre ordered" they NEVER had or were getting in, got sent 2 pieces of rubbish dresses that are not what I ordered. Told by Grace I could keep them and get my refund, now being told by Kamran that I can send back the crap dresses at my expense (not happening) or keep them and they'll give me a 30% refund!! This place is a JOKE!! In the process of getting a credit card charge back to get my money back! DO NOT BUY FROM THESE DODGY PEOPLE!!!!!!

I recently made my first purchase from mydresses, and I must say, it did not disappoint!
