Doesn’t deserve one star. But I had to put a star in to be able to give a review. I never received my product and it costs over $50. I emailed and asked for a credit, but nothing has happened. When I clicked on the order tracking number, I got an unsafe response from Norton. It wasn’t saying unsafe until it got to the point of delivery. I’m not a rich person and $50 is a lot to lose.

My Ellora is a scam. I ordered this product and never received it. Then they billed me again and said that i had signed up for auto-ship. I asked them to cancel it since I had never received the first product. They claimed that the first order was delivered and that maybe I should check my porch or check with my neighbors--just a joke. This product is a scam. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT.

My husband purchased this when he saw an ad off of Facebook and they finally sent the product after weeks of waiting but it was real sketchy and he decided not to take it. Well a whole month later they are charging our card again!! What a scam, there is no customer service or website to handle any sort of complaints. Welcome to the drop shipping era!

Scam! Product doesn’t work and they keep charging for a subscription that I didn’t sign up for with no refund in sight. Customer service dont reply to emails.

They DON'T deserve any stars in my opinion. SCAMMERS & FRAUDS.....Front web page says 6 times money back guarantee & their return policy (that they conveniently recently changed) stated you could return for a full refund, Yet they refuse to refund my product that is completely untouched & unused..... Do NOT support this company! It's unfortunate they ONLY post the glowing reviews on their web page, with I'd seen these negative ones before purchase!

Of course they only show good and probably fake reviews on their website. Had I dug deeper I would have never ordered this product! I have multiple charges on my account for same product a couple days apart. I've reached out multiple times to the company and no response! Also, they somehow enrolled me into a monthly subscription on top of that! Horrible customer service and very discouraging when you're actually trying to do something good for your family! Do not buy from this company!!!

Terrible company waited over a week with no info on my order I contacted them they said my order was in transit and would be delivered monday but would not provide tracking. When it wasn't delivered I asked again. They said they dont ship to post office so I asked for my money back they canceled the order but will not refund my money

0 STARS. DO NOT TRUST. I was unaware that I was signed up for a subscription with my first order and when I tried returning the product they DID NOT honor their return policy and will not provide an explanation as to why. I have reported them to my credit card company.

FRAUD. Their website states they offer FULL refunds with no return required. That is a lie...This was what they told me.

Total scam! They take your credit card information and sign you up to a subscription. I contacted them to cancel subscription and they assured me it was but then every couple weeks I get an email stating my shipment has been sent. I’ve contacted them several times with no results! I see now that they have made it impossible to report them on social media. They will fraud you! Don’t buy it.

order on Aug. 16th, and still no product, it ships from china STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY, TOTAL SCAM

Scam!!! I wanted a refund when I noticed it was coming from Hong Kong. They said nope we don’t give refunds. Once shipped and recieved they put a label over top the one from Hong Kong. I said you can track that. Guess they didn’t like that.

Ordered 1 Bottle/1 free with the Binder. Paid $49 on August 8th. No product delivered.
On Sept 8th my card was charged another $35. So I cancelled my credit card thinking I ordered from a scam website. Same afternoon, my order arrived.

Yes, I ordered the parasite patrol with the binder. I was charged $121.43 and I have yet to get a confirmation email from y’all when I send an email to your email address,Info@my Ellora.com this comes back and says that they says the email cannot be delivered to that address. I would like to talk to someone or get an email back. I called the number that is associated with it and they said they’re not taking calls or something. I forgot what they said, but if you can’t get a hold of someone about a problem you’re having why do you even have a damn phone number Either send me the product. Send me a confirmation email or send my money back. You got two choices either send me the stuff or the money or I will turn around go to my lawyer and you won’t like when he gets a hold of you so be nice. Send me a confirmation email. Send me the medication or give me my money back before things get ugly. If you think you can scam me you got another thought coming.

I placed an order on Aug 4, 2025 and still have not received the product on Sept 7 2025. Emailed the company through their website and was told no refunds are given! Even though they post in the FAQ'S their 30day full return policy!! They have since not responded to any futher emails and have not processed a refund.

Such Great marketing I thought I could trust it already skeptical ordering off Facebook shopify but it looked legit thought I was doing something good for my family, ordered well over a month ago haven't received it I email them and I'm told it's in transit and they show it's coming from China I'm so sick of these scams cant trust anything the only thing good about this is their website they really make u think it's legit I'm so sad I literally have less than 20 bucks to my name usually, all go to my kids and bills so for me it was investment for my kids health. Now I've wasted the little $ I had for a scam that I'm afraid to even give my kids

Never got product. Contact for refund and their excuse is it already shipped so they can not give me a refund. I never go off of tic tok or facebook but thought this would be great for my kids and still got scammed from their own website ! What a JOKE ! People need to get a real job then scam other people who work hard for their money wish I could do zero stars !

I ordered the drops for kids and was making payments on affirm through shopify. I finally got my package after a little over a month only to realize they dooped me! It was 2 random creams, and NOTHING from ELLORA. I emailed in which they said they would look into it, but after a month of replying and asking for an update, they have officially ghosted me and have not provided a refund.
