Alex and the team were absolutely brilliant in helping organise my husband’s 60th birthday party. They took all the stress out of finding the perfect chef and murder mystery host, making the whole planning process so easy and enjoyable.
On the night, everything ran seamlessly, and we all had such a fantastic time. It was a really memorable evening, full of fun and laughter.
It was absolutely worth every penny for the quality of service and peace of mind. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Alex and the team to anyone planning a special occasion.

I had the most amazing experience booking through my event concierge!! they helped me organise a fab cocktail class with some friends - they replied really quickly to our queries and the final event was so fun. I couldn’t recommend them enough!

We recently booked a Murder Mystery event in Yorkshire through My Event Concierge and the whole experience was excellent from start to finish.

Alex made the booking process incredibly easy, keeping us updated throughout and ensuring everything was organised perfectly. The murder mystery itself was fantastic – professional, engaging, great fun and thoroughly enjoyed by everyone who attended.

What impressed us most was the attention to detail and the level of customer service. Having one point of contact to manage everything took away all the stress and made the event planning process seamless.

I would highly recommend My Event Concierge to anyone looking to organise a memorable event. We will definitely be using them again in the future.

Alex and his team are absolutely fantastic and took great care in making sure our day went to plan. We attended a Murder Mystery dinner party in Yorkshire. The food, setting and storyline was brilliant. A really engaging and unique evening. Great attention to detail and clear communication meant we got exactly what we wanted. I couldn’t reccomend them more highly. Totally took all the stress out of organising. We will 100% use this service again for future events, thanks so much!

Don’t bother. Source the independent companies yourself. We used my event concierge for a hen do event thinking it would be hassle free and convenient as they advertise themselves, to coordinate your perfect event with the various suppliers.

Firstly, their communication and admin is poor and completely unorganised, it felt I was continuously chasing for updates on actions needed and payment prior to the event. They got the final balance wrong despite prior communication and corrected this upon my questioning.

On the event day, one of the suppliers attended 2 hours earlier than specified to event concierge. Completely messing up our plans for the afternoon. Upon questioning this, the supplier provided evidence that he had been booked by event concierge at 3pm, not 5pm as originally advised.

I contacted event concierge immediately to question this, via the WhatsApp service they provide. This was not answered until past the time the supplier left, advising there was nothing they could do and they would
‘Investigate’ this.

I followed up a few days later with an email, they came back to say give us 14 days and we shall be in touch.

It’s been a month, and still nothing. At the very least they are a very unorganised poor broker of suppliers to arrange an event. They have no care in the overall customer experience, demonstrated in the poor lack of response in the mistake they have made.

I would not recommend them at all and very much advise customers to do their research prior to considering this careless company.

Please bear in mind this company has 65 reviews on this platform, so 4.9 barely stands for anything, as a company I work for that has over 40,000 reviews at 4.3, the score is pathetic and cannot be trusted.

We did the Harry Potter themed murder mystery and it was absolutely amazing. Our two hosts helped us get into the game and were so kind. Their energy was infectious! The booking process was seamless as we did the private chef dinner alongside the murder mystery. I would 1000% recommend this company for any event and am looking forward to using them again when I next get the chance!

We used Event Concierge for the laser clay shooting and archery tag and couldn't have been happier.

Communication was great leading up the event and both providers were fantastic on the day, considering they had to deal with 19 stags.

The Event Concierge was a new concept for me, however I am so happy that I placed my full trust in Alex and his team to help me organise my sisters hen party.
The cocktail masterclass was super fun and engaging and got us all merry and ready for the murder mystery and delicious three course meal - all in the comfort of our home! We were super impressed and would happily use the company again.

We had a fantastic Cocktail, 3 course meal and a murder mystery evening all arranged by My Concierge. All three reps for each of the above were lovely polite and assisted us to have a smooth running pleasant evening. would definitely use again

To celebrate my 60th birthday with family, I booked an afternoon archery session followed by an evening celebration ‐ mixologist, Murder Mystery event and 3 course meal catered by private chef. All aspects ran smoothly and communication with everyone involved was great. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed the weekend away, and it was so nice to be able to do everything at the rental property without the hassle of having to drive or get taxis! A great experience! Thank you!

I booked the murder mystery event through the Concierge including the private chef and mixologist for a family celebration. Communication was excellent, everything ran really smoothly and was reasonably priced. The family thoroughly enjoyed the event! I would not hesitate to use again, thanks!

Casino night, wow, absolutely fabulous. All the guests absolutely loved it. Brian and Caroline, the Croupiers were fantastic and made the night what it was. Highly recommend.

Really pleased with the service had a mixologist, murder mystery and private chef Darek who was outstanding 😀 all went smoothly and contributed to a fantastic weekend of fun.

Alex was super helpful with ideas and options tailored to my needs, and super responsive with any questions throughout. I was organising an event for 50 people and he and his network of suppliers took so much stress out of the organising, and delivered excellent food and other produce/services.
