Fairly easy to use, but can be pricey
Fairly easy to use, but surprised I had to find and enter previous year's AGI considering I've used MyExpatTaxes for the past 4 years.
Also seems a little pricey when having your own company.

Needs clarity and better online support
It is good for keeping previoys years data. Some online explanations are not crystal clear. For the price of simply using an online app a real person review that data were correctly presented should be included. There should be notification when it has been filed following queiing.

You should have received an email notification with the submission ID after your tax return was submitted to and accepted by the IRS. Have you checked your spam folders?
You can also check the status page (under "Your Tax Package" in the menu) to see if your return is queued or already accepted.
If you have any issues, the team is just a live chat or email away!
Newbie experience
We had a positive experience using this company for the first time for our taxes. The online platform guided us clearly through the process and even provided helpful information we had not previously known. However, when we needed assistance, reaching an agent was less convenient than expected, and we would have appreciated more personalized and timely follow-up regarding our situation.
