So easy and reliable.

Cannot really recommend. They are super slow to respond and the "Live Human Support Chat" just forwards your message which can take up to 1 week or longer to get a response- even for the most basic questions. I paid for the upgraded "reviewed" plan. Because they only will start the state return after the fed return is finalized and submitted, it does not allow you to understand the overall situation before filing. For me, this resulted in a serious filing error which requires me to amend my fed filing. Unfortunately, they are unresponsive to my multiple follow-ups on next steps...

Update: they are great at responding to reviews on trust pilot, actual questions about my tax return- not so much. They actually told me my fed tax preparer (note I did all the data entry in the software, not the "tax preparer") could not respond because she is busy. I have never had a job where I could just ignore a client because I am busy... highly unprofessional.

As always, your services are reliable. I especially love how user-friendly the software is and how each year improvements are made to help us understand the forms and questions. It’s been a life-saver and time-saver for me. Thank you so much! 👍

Fairly easy to use, but surprised I had to find and enter previous year's AGI considering I've used MyExpatTaxes for the past 4 years.

Also seems a little pricey when having your own company.
