Good... until the end
Liked the general simplicity and friendliness of the process with the exception of the final stage - a bit confusing/iffy to me: Was it really validated? Was it really finished? etc.
In particular there was double trouble this time due to last year's returns that I had not sent to the IRS, because it wasn't clear to me that it was me who had to do that. Which in turn blocked the final process this time.
Kudos to Joey David who was responsive and helpful!
