I needed a hat replaced as we received…

I needed a hat replaced as we received it with an incorrect name on it. I got a response on 7/6 with a note saying someone would reach out in 72 hours. This is 7/24/20 and I've heard nothing. Of course the email is a "no reply" email so I have nothing to respond to. Where is the hat I bought for my husband? Instead of sending emails - just send the hat

Unethical Company

I ordered a shirt, hat, and hoodie with my last name on all of them. Cost was nearly a hundred dollars. When I completed the order instead of a completed order status page coming up the page was complete your order by getting one more shirt. This would put me over the minimum $110 for free shipping so I added the shirt to my order. I then got an order completed message for just the second shirt. NO confirmation of the first order being placedI tried contacting the company by phone and text through their site with no success. Before I was done attempting contact I had already received notice of two purchases from my bank. Most companies don't charge your card until they ship your order. I then sent an email to them asking to join the two orders as one. about a week later I received a BS email about how they can't connect two separate order as one. Over a month later I received ONE package. It had three of the four items that I ordered. The original shirt was NOT in the package in its place was a white Medium ladies shirt with "What The Duck" on it. A CHEAP shirt that I did not order. The first time they denied the claim I had sent them all the details. The second time I informed them that I had pictures and the video of me opening the package. It took about two months but they did finally send the original missing shirt. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY!

my order RL-10710-83926

I ordered 5 coffee cups with my last name printed on them and only received 4 but paid for 5. the order was shipped via DHS with 2 in the mailbox and 1 on the sidewalk beside the mailbox then one more in the mailbox 3 days later. Have been unable to contact myfamilybox or DHS.

I ordered a cap for my friend with his…

I ordered a cap for my friend with his name on. Cap received had wrong name.Claimed refund which was refused. Twice asked for further information on how to achieve cap for friend. Absolutely fatuous reply which made no attempt to provide the answer to my question. This is my first attempt to shop with this company - and my last ! Don't waste your money !!

I saw a campaign for a hat with my name…

I saw a campaign for a hat with my name on it, I clicked, changed the hat color and paid. I received the hat with a different name on it than mine, which was the lead in the Ad campaign. I complained, but to no avail and now they have blocked my email. Bad experience, bad Company, bad choice on my part. This Company is bogus.

I am very disappointed with my order

I am very disappointed with my order, as I have never received it! I ordered a week before Christmas. I have not received yet. I got an email that gave a way to trace your order, that appears to be a USPS website. It says my package has been in Atlanta since Monday. When I copy and past the tracking number into the REAL USPS website, the number does not exist! I'm very disappointed that it looks like my order is not coming.

I ordered 4 hats with the name EVERETT…

I ordered 4 hats with the name EVERETT on them they were supposed be here by Dec 26 2019 as of today I have not seen them I sent them an email and have not got no response if anybody knows a phone # anything for me to try to reach them Please let me know.
It came to 99.00 debited out of my visa account and cant get a hold of them.PLEASE DON'T BUY ANYTHING from them until they make things right to the other people they have scammed.

This the worst online company I have…

This the worst online company I have ever ordered from. I only got half my order, a coffee mug that was child size that read The Man the myth the Legend, that you could hardly read and was not even adult size. The main reason I am upset is I did not receive the other half of the order which was a hat. When I complained on line which was a difficult endeavour, they are sending me another mug!! I want to send the one I got back! and I want the hat or a refund. There is nowhere to reach these people. By the time the order went through on my visa I paid $76 for no hat and a child's mug!!

This is bull stuff!

This is bull stuff!! I placed an order, with it saying it would be here by Christmas. It came Dec. 30th. These folks are scammers!! The order has not been opened, because I plan on sending it back. They are telling me I can't, and that the ad did not say it would be here by Christmas. Liars !!! They'll get tired of me sooner or later !!!

Worth the wait.

Some people complain about how long it takes to receive their orders but Myfamilybox's products are made to order. The item I ordered stated that it would take 10 to 11 days to process, in other words, make. I ordered a custom hat for my son. When it finally arrived he was thrilled. He posted pictures of it on FB and raved about the quality. I would suggest ordering a made to order item from them at least 2 to 3 weeks in advance before it's needed. Trust me, it's worth the wait.
