I made a mistake in speaking with another PC company. When I contacted My Fast PC I immediately knew I was talking to the right people. I explained what had happened, and the technician understood and gave me useful information! I authorized My Fast PC to go in and service my computer. I was later contacted by Steven, who further explained what he had done, the current state of my computer, and answered any questions I had. I trust My Fast PC implicitly. They have my confidence! Also, they are very nice, friendly people!

I am impressed with the customer service. The gentlemen who worked on my computer were very patient with me while they explained their clean-up of my computer. I HIGHLY recommend My Fast PC to anyone having issues with their computer. Thank you, gentlemen, for a job well done!

I did not know what to expect when i connected with this company, but my whole experience was excellent. Both guys treated me so well and were very patient and understanding and i so appreciated this, being of the older generation who does not understand modern technology very well!
Derek took less time than anticipated cleaning up my mess, and my computer is looking really good at this moment. I will most definitely be calling them again when I next get into trouble.

Rhett H., the analyst, and Stephen F., the technician were both very patient with a non-technical type user. They were also very polite and pleasant to this consumer. I was quite shocked at the cost to clean up the desk top and lap top computers and the amount of the monthly charge. However, I would rather "pay the piper" than to have to disconnect the CPU and haul it into a local store and then have to get someone to take it out of the car, bring it in, and reconnect all the plugs for me. Thank you for their help and for your offering this service.

I think that Jessie was excellent, Very patient and willing to help. If i have a problem I hope I can connect with him. I am looking forward to a speedier
experience with my computer.

The process of the cleanup was good. I now feel I can access my e-mail and browser without any problems that they have cleaned up for me. I have the confidence of calling them for any problems I may have such as remembering everything they have told me. They were patient with me as to telling me everything even with my interruptions I had. I do that out of nervousness I had.

Both gentlemen I talked with were very helpful and explained what they were doing in language I could understand

I was having difficulty in sending email. I could receive the emails but could not send them. It was discovered that my computer had malware and viruses, etc. Daniel cleaned up the computer and then set up the email in the website of Bresnan. He also fixed an icon so that I can access it easier. He tried to fix the Windows Live Mail but was not totally successful. He answered several questions that I had and that was very helpful to me.

the service was very good and the people i talked to were lknowageable

I have had several services of the same elk. I hope that this is the one.

I started out just trying to check my e-mail. Ended up with having my computer cleaned. I was even worried about letting Jesse have control of my computer. But he assured me it was safe. He explained everything to me in a way that was sweet and patient.
