I have been unable to login and continue to get the same round about you must log in to cancel my subscription. They do not have live customer service reps for this.....have tried multiple times. I see others have been successful, but I have not. My account is now locked and not getting any assistance. Have been a customer for years, now retiring.

Had to send an urgent fax. Fax wouldn't go through. Checked my billing. It was up to date. Tried calling. There are no human beings to speak with anymore. 10 tries, no luck! Unbelievable! DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!

F - Unable to CANCEL!
I had to get my bank involved to get this scam company to stop taking money from my bank. It took months to be released from this entity.
Find a more reputable online Fax service. It's also impossible to understand the customer service reps when calling in...
I was unable to cancel my account because I couldn't log into my account, and that's the only way the customer service reps said I could cancel. They refused to help me until I logged in, and they couldn't assist me to do so.

I have had MyFax for a little over a year. In needed it onc, and it worked fine. I no longer need it, and haveee not used it for a year. I can't find a way to cancel. Since I have not used it, I no longer know my number -- something I seeminly have to have when cancelling on line. I would like to be able to talk with someone who could help me out.

Fifteen years with this service, I paid a year in advance so i wouldnt forget to pay. Now a year is up and I was told i had 5 days to pay or they would cancel. I went online to try and pay days before today and it did not give me the option to pay; told me to call. Tried that; just to be on hold for 15 minutes before hearing, they no longer accept online support??? WHAT?? I called to sales, he said my account was cancelled and my email said today 3.11.24 was my last day. Not to mention, I just got the reminder on 3.7.24!!! Im actually on hold waiting on this chat. They really dont want their valued customers, this is horrible service and if they don't want me as a customer then so be it! They pratically stole my fax number for no reason at all!
