Thank you

Myflightrefund managed to get me full compensation for money lost even though easyJet only offered me 75.00.

Very grateful for this as could have lost over £2,000.

Didn’t realise that there would be a +…

Didn’t realise that there would be a + cat added on top of the 25% charge. Also received less amount than was showni g on the days exchange rate.

In terms of the processing time of your claim, we always try to handle each claim as quickly as possible. Unfortunately, the time frame for claims vary, as each one is different. The amount of time it takes varies depending on the airline and the complexity of the case.

In your case, we were missing some important information from you, and, therefore, we were unable to proceed with your case until this was provided, which may have extended the processing time of your claim.

Sometimes better to go direct

I thought the time it took to get the compensation was disgraceful,other people on the flight got theirs direct from Tui months before.Then when it came it was only half the amount that is entitled.If I ever need to claim again it would be quicker and more beneficial to go direct to Tui I would save 25% of the compensation.I know Myflightrefund.com are entitled to this percentage I in my opinion they haven't earned it.

At Myflightrefund, we are committed in helping you get your rightful compensation in the fastest way possible, although some cases may take longer than others, especially if the airline is not willing to cooperate with us. However, we can assure you, that we do everything we can to keep fighting for your compensation.

You were entitled to 800 euro in compensation, and this is also the amount which we succeeded in retrieving for you from the airline. When we win your case, we subtract our service fee (25 % + VAT).
