Amazing quality photos

Amazing quality photos. I liked the option of having the advice on resolutions on different picture sizes and whether the resolutions were enough for the specific size or not. Also packaged securely.

Prints were awful, got a prompt refund but no explanation

I ordered 64 Premium Print 6"x4" Lustre prints of my wedding photos. It was immediate that there was something wrong with them, the colours and contrast were off (and cards printed using vistaprint and moonpig didn't have these issues). I was promptly given a refund but Fujifilm showed no interest in looking into or explaining what the issue was so I have no idea if this was a one off or they are incapable of printing photos true to their colour.

Product is great and well priced but…

Product is great and well priced but came packed awfully. I ordered 3 packs of instax film and it arrived in a box big enough for 50 with no cushioning except 3 airbags that weren't even surrounding the film

Use them for photo prints as the quality is still top tier compared to other brands which have seen a decline in paper and image quality. Delivery speed is also excellent and range of print sizes is great feature

Poor customer service/experience

The order I placed was cancelled due to no stock - even though the website said the item was in stock. I received an email telling me this an issuing a refund - the item was a Christmas present and this left me no time to buy from somewhere else! Poor service!

Perfect Print

Was looking for somewhere to get some small photos printed from a professional photo shoot to be given as gifts for Christmas. Was happy to pay slightly more than cheaper prints but didn’t want to pay fine art prices. Fujifilm delivered and I was really happy with the quality of prints.

Muppets

I ordered an Instax Wide Printer on the 16th December in response to an email from Fujifilm suggesting to buy such items direct from them. I got a confirmation email for my order saying "Relax, we'll take care of the rest". Three days later I got another email from them saying it was out of stock. THREE days later! I then could not find it in stock anywhere in time for Christmas. I would not have left this review on Trustpilot if I hadn't had follow up emails from Fujifilm asking "If I was enjoying my personalised photo gift", which just rubbed salt in the wound and emphasised how woefully incompetent their systems are. To think I own three of their cameras...

Left without Christmas present!

Placed an order within the Christmas delivery window. Received several emails querying my delivery address and asking for a house number when there isn’t one! Just excuses for not delivering my product which I’ve since cancelled and my daughter is left without her Christmas present! Fortunately she’s old enough to understand! Here’s hoping I receive my refund but having read other reviews, I’m not convinced I’ll receive! Do not shop with this company!

Such a rubbish company

Such an unprofessional company. I am still waiting for a refund from these thieves. It’s been over 8 weeks and no refund. They do not respond via email.

Charged for the item that never arrived. No problem solving, no reply

I’ve ordered a instax mini 12™ as a birthday present for my friend. They charged me, but the order never arrived. I’ve tried tracking it but their website kept saying that my order doesn’t exist. I’ve contacted the support team, they got back to me after one day saying that they will check, and never got back to me. I’ve followed up for the next few days and nothing. It does say that deliveries take around 4 working days but, it’s been 5 working days. I’m left with no present, no money. Eventually I had to dispute the charge with the bank. I am still waiting the reply from the fujifilm. But I guess they will get back to me in 2026 with their exceptional customer service. And the thing is, I would accept any reply, whether the product is out of stock, system error, business busy during holiday. But there is no reply, neither the solution.

Great print quality and service

I really like this service. Other online photo services print onto much lower quality material. Myfujifilm use great quality genuine photographic paper. The tell-tale sign is dropping the print into water. If the water gets between the layers it’s poor quality. You can submerge a FF print and it be fine.

Also, the ordering process is great and prints are delivered quickly.
