I had my account manually breached due to a mistake of the account being seen as a duplicate, so I contacted support on website. Omaferan was very quick to respond to me and sorted out my account problems in such a swift time after I provided all the details he asked for.

My account is reinstated and I can trade again.

I've bought challenges from Seacrest/MFFX before and haven't had any serious issues, but with Match Trader the experience has been horrible. I tested out the software before buying the account, and it looked modern and easy to use. After getting my 25k challenge account, I was put on what seems to be the old version of Match Trader with fewer features than the one I tested. I reached out in the Seacrest discord and the mods referred me to the download suite, which didn't change anything.

I have had multiple instances where I deleted a take profit and looked at open orders to confirm that it was deleted, just to be stopped out on the TP I deleted, losing out on gains.

I started trading Gold recently and confirmed the SL and TP possible losses and gains for my order size, but when I place the order, the possible loss and possible gain is half of what it showed as well as the order size, which makes no sense.

I have also had problems with major slippage due to Match Trader, in some cases losing 20-30% more than the SL limit price when my SL was hit.
