Don’t use this website

I ordered straps almost 6 weeks ago & they haven’t arrived. I am unable to track my order or make contact with the company despite multiple emails sent and the online chat function just prompts to send another email. Don’t trust this website.

What a trash!

I went on the website and selected my watch model to make sure I didn't pick a non compatible bracelet.
Still I somehow landed ordering a bracelet not compatible with my watch because too small.
They said I ordered the wrong bracelet, sorry I didn't know by heart the width of my watch to the milimeter.
Now let's talk about the quality of the bracelet. 25 euros for a cheap plastic, I on purpose avoided amazon and decided to go with mygarminstraps so I would buy a proper product from a respectable company, second mistake from my side.
Third point, I ask them to get a refund and to send them back the bracelet. To this you have no choice but to lend on this automatic formular, which forces you to pay 7,5 euro to be able to send it back. I wrote to the customer service, which told my that this is it, that I agreed to the sale conditions, and there is nothing I can do about it. In French and German laws, you have 2 weeks to return a product. 1,5 euro (German stamp, this is legit), and 6 euro for I quote "logistic cost", 6 euros!!! to open a brief seriously. This is scandalous.
I would highly advise against ordering anything there.
BTW, I finished ordering a pack of 3 bracelets from another shop, with the same quality as the one I received for 8 euros, almost the price to send my bracelet back }-(

As for the return process and costs, we are sorry that the automatic form and associated fees caused frustration. We provide the return slip with tracking for shipment to France. This costs a little. All other returns (exchange, credit, etc.) are free of charge.

The customer service is perfect. The quality of the straps are not worth, for the price they were sold. So only 2 stars.

Silicon strap for Venu 2 +

Fast delivery and fast answer to all contacts by email/internet. Silicon strap not as robust as Garmin original strap, but reasonable for the price. Reliability will only be known after usage for a longer time.

I ordered a garmin fenix 6 compatible…

I ordered a garmin fenix 6 compatible armband. It arrived and unfortunately the size was 2 mm too big.
Given the amount of watches and different sizes, this mistake can happen, on both sides.

Either way, I followed instructions to return on their website. Instead of giving me an address and a return coupon in the letter, this company has a devlish plan to stop any returns: they ask you to fill out a form, and this simple two field form is devlish: it asks for an order number, and then a combination of email, zip code and telephone number.

It doesnt matter what you input, the combination is going to be ALWAYS wrong.

So a request for support comes with a reply to give them a SCREENSHOT of their own form.

At this point I have sunk my 50 or so EUR and do not recommend this retailer.

Not as bad as the reviews.

I ordered several wristbands. The price was reasonable. It was helpful to note that the safety tab on silicone wristbands often breaks or can be easily lost.

The delivery time was reasonable. The price is reasonable.

Good alternative for high priced Garmin straps

I bought a Nylon strap and it is quite okay. Half the price of an original Garmin product. Seems fair. Delivery was fast.

Fast and reliable delivery

Very fast and reliable delivery from France to Germany. Very good and transparent mail notification. The product quality seems good, but a final rating I can only give after a certain time of usage. Changing the wrist band was easy. The price for the wrist band is really high.

They try to be seen as Garmin

They try to be seen as Garmin - but are not. China stuff - which I guess is the same as original garmin straps. Quality is okay, price seems a little bit high, packing is just a little plastic bag. Shipping from France was okay (under a week).

Hands off! This has nothing to do with Garmin quality.

Even one star is way too much for this company. On their website they try hard to make it look like as if they are directly connected to Garmin. It took more than 2 weeks to deliver my order. Even though they try to trick you into buying more than one item with "discounts", I luckily only purchased one watch band. The edges are super hard and not as smooth as on real Garmin products and the buckle is not made of plastic but thin, cheap metal. The color comes off on the buckle after less than one month of usage. Sent my complaint including a pic but they only answered after I sent a reminder. They declined my request by saying that I cannot give it back and they don't see damage on the buckle. This is poor and far away from how reputable companies treat their clients. I cannot recommend to buy here unless you want to experience bad quality and consumer service.

Not a trustworthy company

I didn't even make an account and they already sent me a sms asking me to checkout my cart. They also have a badge claiming you can pay thru klarna which was not true. Glad I came here to read review before I decided

Misleading customers to believe that they sell original garmin straps. Fail to deliver

If I could, I would give less than one star. First, advertising of the dealer targets the customers mis-guiding them to believe, that they are ordering from the official Garmin website.
I have ordered Straps, two weeks ago and the dealer has failed to delivered. After enquiring about the delivery status, the dealer claims to have problems with the deliveries and is not able to provide an estimated delivery date, neither to reimbursed.

Bad (smelling) quality

I falsely bought a strap because of an google ad. I really thought it is the original product. After my purchase I had a look at the trust pilot comments regarding this company and immediately wanted to cancel my purchase. Of course there was no chance of canceling on the website - although I was really quick, let’s say during the first 30minutes after placing my order. I then decided to write an email, asking for a cancellation. Unfortunately the product was shipped before I got an answer. (Later I got an answer: telling me there was no chance of cancellation!)
I received the product 2 days later and I am deeply disappointed by the cheap quality AND the bad smell, just like the cheapest material you can imagine.
Because the the costumer has to pay for the return, I decided to throw it away…and to place an order at the original Garmin website.
