Avoid at all cost. For the price you pay you expect it to be the same quality as the ones the Garmin comes with. The packaging is just as terrible as the product which is when I first knew it was not worth it.

Band broke after 3 days of use. Asked for refund. They shipped a replacement by mistake and downright refuse to pay for return shipping. They sell very bad quality products and don’t make up for their mistakes.

The strap took a month to arrive. I wore it for about 30 days and the buckle snapped. To top it all they don’t have a guarantee and refuse to replace or refund.

I will be reporting to garmin too because their branding is way too close and can be easily mistaken for garmin.

Funnily enough they don’t have any social channels..

Bad comms
Bad links in the emails (as in they don't work)
Had to chace the order (advised 5-7 days actually 30+)
Quality poor / not genuine
Returns difficult with more broken links

Failed to refund returned strap. Ignoring all my emails since

Product does not hold on my wrist. I have tried to contact the support twice. So far they have not replied. I cannot recommend this show, but I still hope they will finally talk to me and solve the problem.

Update : The support replied and we had a conversation. Now we agreed on swapping the wristband. Let's see if it works out.

Never received my order. I tried to contact Mygarmingstraps via their website and via e-mail. They don't respond! Do not buy anything from them, they don't deliver, respond nor give any money back

Avoid this company it is a scam! They didn’t deliver one strap, the charger was broke and one strap fell apart. If only I would have seen this first!

I’ve never written a review before as I can’t be bothered but this one warrants it. Ordered strap at the end of January arrived today 28th of Feb. Never again. For the sake of an extra £20 I could’ve bought one from Garmin itself. Strap comes from China.

Firstly this is not a GARMIN product, it is a knockoff selling cheap poor quality straps.

I purchased a black strap for my Fenix 6, came in the post and all looked well. I started to notice a paint peeling off the buckle after a couple of days. I’ve now had it for a few months and the paint is almost all peeled off.
Contact was made and the work on 72 hrs return for faulty product. Absolute joke and rip off of a business.
Do yourself a favour and by the real deal from GARMIN.

For all you snowflakes out there I speak as I find . I ordered a Fenix 6 pro strap 2 weeks ago and it has just arrived , not bad as it has come a long way . The strap fits perfectly and appears to be of high quality and the price is exceptionally good . I would be more than happy to recommend this company to friends and family .

FAKE - Please don't make the same mistake.

They will send you a different item that's incomplete and useless and they will never reply to you after.

My straps did not arrive, have emailed to find out where they are and have got no response!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY ITS A SCAM I have requested a refund but don't hold out much hope!!!!!!!!

Bought a standard black silicone strap, the black paint is scratching off the watch buckle and buckle tongue after just over a month of use. I tried to arrange a return but it's outside the their 14 day return policy. Watch straps are surely designed to hold for longer then 14 days. Avoid this supplier.

The quality of the products supplied is very poor, i purchased the silcone band for a Garmin Epix and have used for a month and the black paint on the clasp is falling off. I contacted the support department and their response was "it may have been in contact with household chemicals". This is a band for an activity watch and should be good quality. I also purchased a leather band and it is cheap and not worth what they charged. I would not buy any products from this business. Go to the real Garmin site and get value for money!

STAY WELL CLEAR FROM THIS COMPANY! I bought a garmin strap which arrived damaged in two places, the buckle had a large scratch on it and the rubber was split in 2 areas.

I have emailed them 3 times with no response, i am having to try claim my money back though my bank and have reported the company to trading standards.

Take your money elsewhere and do not use this company unless you want scamming!!!

Garmin strap is not fit for purpose.
DO NOT buy from this company. I have contacted them to say strap does not fit the Fenix 7, their response you have 24 hrs from purchase to put in a complaint so therefore as it is late they cannot do anything (this was a Christmas present) They have told me to send strap back to Paris at my own expense as they do not believe me and said it has been misused. I am now fearful if I return it … nothing will come of it. I just want a refund. Terrible terrible company! Please
