Shocking customer service
Definitely suspect- trying there hardest not to refund or replace.

Goods where advertised as available within 3-4 days to uk one month later I am still waiting.
Asked to cancel order as needed a band quickly as mine had broken as they couldn’t give me a delivery date and only responded with an ai message.
Have read elsewhere that there bands are complete rubbish so please avoid at all costs

Customer Service Not good. No reactions on emails. After 2,5 weeks no products.
I advise to not order thing on this website.

Please avoid if you can. I, like many others, wanted to upgrade my Garmin watch band and fell for the 'My Garmin straps' like a fool thinking it was a genuine Garmin subbrand. They've even got Garmin's little blue triangle logo on it for goodness' sake. The strap arrives quickly enough, but the quality is poor. Also, when they say you can return the item if not 100% satisfied, read the small print - although they look like they're based in the UK and have a UK phone number, THEY ARE NOT. The small print says you'll need to pay for the return, and guess what - also pay a customs charge which in total is basically the value of the strap. I hope the next individual landing on their website is more intelligent than me and will do their research. Also, they will not get back to you on chat!! I asked them to cancel my order before they posted it through chat and never heard back from them, just had the strap delivered. SHOCKING!

I bought the quick fit strap stainless steel band and since I'm in Canada it costs me xtra $$$ for duty fees which I wasn't informed there was. For 100$CAD the product is really cheap, the clip keeps coming off and my watch becomes loose all the time. I'm not returning it because they don't pay returns and it will cost me more just to return it. I highly NOT RECOMMEND this company to anyone. It's garbage.

I bought two relatively expensive bands from mygarminbands and the paint is chipping off and one of the band loops has already detached.

They manually processed my exchange process and where very helpful throughout ! Went above and beyond to make it smoother

What was a poor start to my purchase experience not due to the seller but the parcel was lost, I reached out to Margot where she ever so kindly admitted the parcel had been lost, however, as she wanted to deliver a premium service sent another band at her expense. Margot was a please to deal with and recommend her service.

Avoid this company at all costs — the quality is unbelievably poor, and I regret ever buying from them.

Their products are not genuine Garmin, even though the entire website is set up to look like the real deal. The branding, the logo, the layout — all intentionally misleading. Only after hunting around did I find a tiny disclaimer buried at the bottom admitting they’re not affiliated with Garmin at all.

I bought a watch strap and after just over a month of normal, everyday use, the spring-loaded connector snapped the very first time I removed it to clean it. That’s how low the quality is. When I contacted support, they hid behind a 14-day returns policy and claimed they “can’t be sure how heavily it was used.” Completely ridiculous.

Only then did I realise these are cheap knock-offs, which explains the terrible durability and the total refusal to take responsibility. They offered me a 20% discount, which I obviously refused — I wouldn’t take another one of their products even for free.

I’ll be buying directly from Garmin for £35, because at least that’s a real, reliable product. I wouldn’t pay a fiver for the rubbish this site sells. Save your money and don’t let them scam you too.

Do not touch as not linked to Garmin. A dodgy company that is based in France. Products do not work. Website links for returns closed. when you eventually find a link that works you are forced to seek a replacement, charged an admin fee £1.50 and have to pay return postaged

Follow up following company’s response to the above.

Love their response “they are nothing to do with Garmin”, despite using the word Garmin in their title and Garmin colours in their logo. Misrepresentation is the legal term. Having returned the strap, two weeks ago, which was totally unsuitable for a Garmin watch, as it did not secure or hold the watch, I have still had no acknowledgment or refund. I am very happy to send them the photo of me posting the watch strap back (which is one of ludicrous must do stipulations in their return policy) If this was a UK company trading standards would hopefully have closed them down long ago.

Saving grace is you can buy a watch strap on Amazon for half the price and it actually does the job.

Overpriced FAKE Garmin products. Dont waste your money as its not genuine!! Same cheap quality you can get off Amazon for less than half the price!!

I was able to use the special offer very easily. The delivery to the Netherlands was swift.

There website recommends the wrong size bands for my watch after emailing them they agreed to return my straps and create a credit note for both & the return postage. After this they have received my straps back over a month ago both haven’t sent any credit notes or replied to any emails. Do not buy anything from theses thieves!

After leaving this review I did finally get a response giving me a partial refund for 1 of the 2 bands & no refund for the other or postage and then telling me to edit my review to make it truthful for future customers, this is the truth and a full reflection of this company’s behaviour. Do not buy anything from theses gas lighting thief’s

Bought wrong sise and to return it would cost me about the same as the Price of my strap?

Garmin watch strap broke within 3 weeks, luckily borrowed a strap from a friend for an event. Expected better quality buying the official strap, would reconsider investing in official strap and looking elsewhere for strap now
