REVISED. BIG CUSTOMER SERVICE IMPROVEMENT.

Here was the ORIGINAL review:

They won't honor their warranty.

They said the item got wet and that is why it is foggy.

Not true. Ever

They are a dishonest company. Avoid them.

NOW, THE REVISION

I received my replacement today and have had nothing but great follow up from a senior CS person. Product arrived quickly and is functioning well.

I also revised my stars from 1 to 5. Things can and do go wrong. This company fixed it in timely manner and now deserves your trust for a purchase.

Bought a 10$ mat and got charged 50$…

Nice practice mat at a good price. I don’t like the idea of being automatically signed up for a $49.95
Monthly subscription when you purchase something but I was eventually able to cancel at no cost.
The mobile version of the Website is a bit hard to use.

Extra charge of $49.95???

I bought a directional mat on 4-1-23, and I like it very much. However, on 4-15-23 I saw a charge on my cc of $49.95. I sent an email to MGS on their site indicating I did not make this purchase. I called Ozzie at MGS at 8:10 A.M. on 4-15-23. He said that it was noted on my earlier purchase of the "training aid video". I told him I did not see it and did not want it, and I wanted that charge of $49.95 to be cancelled and not to get anymore. He said that he would contact "payments" to cancel, and I would be getting a follow-up email to verify. I will wait to see if they do this before making any final determinations about MGS, but this practice appears a bit fuzzy.

Since the above review, MGS has refunded the $49.95 to my credit card. They were fast, professional and accommodating. However, the training videos need to be more pronounced so that their customer base has a clear understanding of these additional charges after they have bought something else. My rating has now gone to "4 stars" (4-19-23)!

Hi Sterling, I see you chose the promotional offer for the golf training mat, which has a membership associated with this offer. While our products do not require a membership to buy, some of them come with promotional terms and conditions and access to a Private Members Academy. This is spelled out on the sales page and checkout page as well. In this case, you were required to explicitly check the box 'I agree to the terms and conditions' on how this membership works. The instructions are also emailed on how to access this content. In the end, I see your membership was canceled and refunded in accordance with our 60-day money back guarantee.

Don’t buy from this place!

Don’t by from this place. I got a training toll. The tour angle 144 and got sucked into a subscription for 49.95 three times before I caught it . So a 39.95 trading aid cost be almost $200. Shady to say the least!

Continued 8 months of billing $49.95 on my cc with no explanation
Talked to Louis, who told me it was a promotional product and an email sent 30 days after shipment made it legal for MyGolfingStore to bill my card because I did not decline.

Will credit 2 months and keep 6 months payments
What the heck

This just gets better.

Seller tells me they sent several emails detailing some hidden service that I had to cancel or seller would keep billing my account

Ordered 2 golf classes and a putter

Ordered 2 golf classes and a putter. The putter I had to call to order because online system would not work.
Week later received left handed putter, order right handed. @ more calls 4 emails and no response on how to return putter. The golf classes were online and require signin, which after two weeks mygolfingstore has still not set me the required link or password. next they charged me anther mystery fee of 19.95 After 2 weeks I did get a email response acknowledging they got my email, no mention of any corrective action, just letting me know they got my email. How many times do I have to call and email to get any follow up to solve these problems

We then sent a follow up email after your original inquiry to see if you'd like to exchange it for the right-handed putter, but it looks like none of our emails are making it through to you. I attempted outreach to your phone number that you provided, along with a couple voicemails, a text message, and a couple personal emails as well, the moment I saw your inquiry about the putter. The Power Swing formula also includes a trial membership to our Private Members Academy. We spell this out on the order form, then an email is sent with a reminder on how to log in and another email about the membership renewal charge that would be upcoming. Unfortunately, our efforts to contact you were not received.

An “Ace” for Eagle Eye Rangefinders

My concern when purchasing any product is a companies follow through is something goes wrong.

A problem did occurred with my Eagle Eye Rangefinder, and with one call to the company, a new rangefinder is on the way.
No hassle service has me a believer in this company!

Placed an order on November 23

Placed an order on November 23 for a Christmas present. Never received any communication on my order.
We’ll go figure, I made a boo-boo on my end by trying to place a custom order which are not stocked in the warehouse.
Thank goodness Dave , the customer service specialist caught my mistake and reached out to me via phone and email.
Dave corrected my mistake on the spot and immediately pulled the order and had it shipped same day.
I sincerely retract any harsh expressions I may have posted about the company.
The customer service under the guidance of Dave is rated by me a 10 out of a 10. Thank you Dave for catching my mistake and providing the perfect solution.
My next order will be through My Golfing Store and I will definitely double check to make sure my order is correct so Dave can enjoy a longer lunch break.
