So easy to deal with. They handle problems (which don’t happen often) more hastily than most. Great products and info provided. Love that I found My Golfing Store!!

Almost perfect!!

Well, I ordered two items the same day (at the same time) and the one item shipped a few days before the other! I called to see what happened to my order and they apologized for the error on their end and sent the second item right away. Customer service was excellent!

Took time to receive and then broke

It took a long time to receive what I ordered. The first time I used it, the spongy cleaner fell off. The brush end is still good.

I ordered the towel because it's a Great Towel

I ordered the towel because it's a great idea to have a magnetic attachment. I waited about 10 days to contact the customer service department due to not receiving the towel in a timely manner.
The customer service department contacted me back quickly and they found out they had a glitch in their automated ordering system.
Once the problem was identified with the replenishment system the towel was shipped quickly and the towel is awesome.
The magnetic attachment is great. I would recommend this towel 100%.

It was a good price

It was a good price. The website wasn't as clear and understandable as it could have been and I ended up ordering the same product three times. However after a call to the company ..... all was credited and fixed with no issues.

Slope and Price - Great Rangefinder

I ordered the this rangefinder because of the slope capability and the price. I had purchased and returned two other types because they were not accurate on the distances on even level shots. I shot this rangefinder and then shot with my Bushnell rangefinder and it was exactly the same distance over 95% of time, the other 5% showed a 1 yard difference. This was then confirmed with a sprinkler head with distance on it to center of green. I love it and gave my son my Bushnell rangefinder because I have that much trust in this one.

Bought two classes and didn’t receive…

Bought two classes and didn’t receive the classes; called to inquire and John promised it would be delivered within 24 hours. I called two more times and he made a referral to”management “ and only after I called back did he tell me the truth that no one could resolve this and only lying “customer service “. …… in this case!!!! work on weekends. There is no customer service or support.
