Assistenza inesistente! Ho scritto una mail per sapere se è possibile aprire il PC per aggiornare le RAM ma ho ricevuto solo una risposta vaga dopo circa un mese che mi rimandava al repartoe sales! Incredibile. A compagnie come questa dovrebbe essere vietato vendere in Italia!
Nessuna assistenza, si è staccato il monitor del notebook dalla struttura, dovrei rinviarlo ad Amazon??? Nel loro profilo c'è scritto che hanno 1600 punti in Italia. Non si capisce perchè debba rinviarlo ad Amazon.

I prodotti sono ottimi, l'assistenza no, almeno nel mio caso. Tempo fa ho acquistato due decoder e dopo il switch off dell'8 marzo 2022 continuano a funzionare, perché decodificano i canali HD, ma non si sente l'audio. Quando ho acquistato tali dispositivi, la caratteristica che cercavo era la possibilità di aggiornare il firmware e per entrambi è possibile. Per risolvere il problema audio ho cercato, sul loro sito e su altri, un firmware aggiornato. Non avendo trovato alcunché, contatto la ditta, mi passano un tecnico, ma questi si dimostra essere una persona sgarbata e non mi ha voluto fornire il firmware.
La signora Viviana Pardo, della sede di Catania si fa in due per la sua clientela. Risolve problemi anche al telefono, spedisce la merce anche in giornata e guarda caso è anche competente e preparata. E a quanto pare l'azienda funziona bene anche in Calabria
