I am SO sorry I ever placed an order with this company. I ordered a small quantity of custom printed can koozies and submitted an image and text I paid to have professionally done. I have received a couple emails from mykoozie.com stating the artwork I submitted is not of good quality, and if they do not hear back from me within 3 days THEY WILL PRINT THE KOOZIES ANYWAY. I have tried calling the customer service number on their website 25 times and no one ever answers, you just get hung up on. I have tried their on line chat feature, but it always has a message saying it is not open, despite it being during their stated normal business hours. I have also responded to their emails saying my submission will not produce a quality image, telling them to just cancel the order since I can not have the artwork redone within 3 days time, and I have already paid a professional to do it, so do not understand what the issue is but just want to cancel the order. I have now not received ANY response of ANY kind. This has been a HUGE waste of my time, my money (paying for artwork mykoozie.com now says can not be used) and ridiculously frustrating. This is supossed to be a user-friendly, laymans type of 'custom' order, but it is anything but. AVOID shady, unresponsive businesses like this. I will just dispute any credit card charge if one is put through, but it is still a huge waste of time and very frustrating to have a 'business' never answer their phone or chat line and then tell you they will proceed to print inferior quality products if they do not hear back from you. Ridiculous.
