Nice design, my cats like to sleep on them and to scratch them. But after 2 months they are ready to throw away. It's expensive and not a good price-quality

My cat is a scratcher and loves scratch beds and poles. My Kotty came highly recommended on the British Shorthair group on FB so I thought i would try it out. The cat scratcher/beds are beautiful and large. Great for larger breeds. LUI and VIGO in particular. However, shipping costs are too high! 30€ to ship a cat scratcher/bed that costs 29€. How can you explain that?

I have been buying from this company for the last few years, and must say it’s always a positive experience. The products, even though more pricey that similar ones from different manufacturers, are of excellent quality and last long. And that’s with 16 cats in the house, not just one. My favourite scratcher is Vigo, definitely the sturdiest one in their range, but I also use Tobi for smaller spaces, only it has to be replaced much more frequently than Vigo. The customer service is responsive and they do what they can to help.I couldn’t recommend them enough!

Received my order completely wet from a defective packaging I guess. Contacted the support which a day later when it had dried asked for a picture. Because the damage is inside and not necessarily visible, they declined any refund or compensation.
It was my first time buying from them and I will make sure to let everyone know how awfully I was treated. AVOID !
