So the actual or ordering process was pretty easy. The numbers of items for each product is a little confusing sometimes.

First and foremost I would like to give a heartfelt “Thank You” to Emptyoo for providing QUALITY artificials that look beyond real AND stand the test of time. I have placed probably 7 orderes of various artificals from hanging baskets to 5 foot tall grasses to individual pick stems and beyond. Every single item has been the HIGHEST quality and has made absolutely gorgeous arrangements. The videos you see are 100 % REAL. The plants you see in the videos are the plants you receive in the mail. They are packaged beautifully and NOT smashed into the box. They come ready to create your vision with hardly any fluffing and most of the time it has been zero fluffing needed. These artificial are hands down worth every penny. Sturdy, life like, vivid colors, true realism to detail. I will be a returning customer over and over again. And I am one tough customer when it comes to my artificals.

Easy ordering I’m hoping the quality is as good as the ordering process.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I ordered a door garland hanger that wouldn’t fit my door. I kept all of the original packaging & wrote them asking for the proper procedure to return the item. They requested I send them a photo of the problem, which I was happy to do. The response was that they would return $6.00 and told me to keep the item (perhaps I could give it away). I paid nine times that amount for the item. I suggest never doing business with this company. They have terrible customer service.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE, 90% is crap they don't send what they describe then refuse to reimburse you unless you pay for all return costs back to china. Don't rely on PayPal buyers guarantee because they refuse to reimburse you unless the product is returned which in most cases more than what the product is worth. The quality of the tree is very poor, seriously overpriced. Moreover I was charged twice for the storage bag. I tried to reach their customer service asking for a refund, instead I was informed that my second bag will arrive soon. I explained that I don't need that 2nd bag, but they did not bother to response to any of my emails after that. Unacceptable customer service, horrible quality. Wound NEVER recommend it!

So easy to put together and is really beautiful

I have not yet received my order. I hope it gets here before Christmas as it is a Christmas tree.

Wish I had ordered a bigger one but I love it

So I get the order that I ordered and the tree had five broken ornaments half the lights don't work and it doesn't even plug into the wall. I had to hook it up to my portable phone charger because it's a USB connector. How do I run my tree like that all Christmas month? Ridiculous not worth the $250 that I spent. Now I will open the staircase decorations and see if those are worthwhile I have a feeling not so much. I'm not holding my breath.

Terrible I never received my package that was ordered on November 27th. Totally disappointed!

I have not received the Christmas tree I was promised. NOTHING has been delivered, I had to buy an alternative one from another company.
I do expect to be fully refunded.

What a rip-off. Saw what looked like a fun Christmas Tree, priced in our local currency and so, after first customer and other discounts, decided that it was worthwhile.

Then came the credit card bill at almost double the cost as the price had suddenly converted to USD, much higher cost than originally agreed AND attractine a overrseas transaction fee!! I felt that this was not worth it and so emailed (no other contact options available) to query and to cancel my order - as per the sales blurb about how much they value my custom and want me to be happy.

No responses came and then, a few days later, an email saying that my prodiuct had been shipped. I continued to email and was finaloly told that it's too late to reverse the charge as it has been sent already!! To add insult to injury they offered 10% off my next purchase, as if that's ever going to happen.

Would not even give this company a 1 star if 0 was an option. I ordered a wreath hanger that will not work for my door. Price $129. I emailed for return instructions. First offer, keep the item and $6 refund then $12 refund now $20 refund. They tell me the return will be costly for me yet they offered free refunds. A sham DO NOT ORDER BEWARE!!!

Purchased wireless bedside wall fitted lights. The quality of the products was okay for the price ($150) however 2 months after installing them, they didn’t work! Customer service said that because it was 6 months after purchase they would not replace them (I didn’t fit them immediately upon receipt) Instead they offered me 10% off another purchase!!! So in effect they’re happy to take your money for a product that doesn’t work beyond 2 months of use but will happily take more of your money for the same level of product! Mind blowing. I would not recommend this company or their products.

I wouldn’t even give it a star. I seemed to have a similar experience as some others. Ordered some faux plants. Paid almost $400 with shipping, etc., product itself was $329. It took forever to come and the quality was terrible. The website said free returns but that was not the case at all. I contacted customer service, as per the site’s instructions and asked for the return info. They offered me $10 and told me to keep the product. I refused. Then they offered me $40 to keep the product and told me it would be too expensive to return. Well, that was true. FedEx priced it at almost $700. I had no idea the product was coming from China when I ordered it, and again, it said they offered free returns. Obviously I didn’t return it and now I’m out almost $400 and am the owner of the worst quality faux plants ever.

I have ordered before and liked the product. Hoping the same quality of product will come this time as before.
