I absolutely love my layby it is…
I absolutely love my layby it is affordable you can select when you need the items buy, the prices aren’t that much different to the stores delivery costs are not crazy like other sites.
And the customer service consultants are just lovely I have never came across one that was not helpful, well done everyone.

Such good service ,I’ll be coming back again and again
I’ve had 4 orders with this company in the last year.The service is great ,,the customer service operators are helpful and friendly.I purchased a tv for a birthday present for my husband, changed my mind about the size.The operator understood totally ,changed my order and when the price changed I got a credit.
No dramas ,quickly answered any questions I had .
All my Xmas presents are done through them and now I’ve put an iPad away for ME.
Can’t recommend them enough , far better than using the credit card.

Great items, reasonable prices.
Suggestions though.
1: Have a my Laybuy app: much easier to keep track of orders & if you wanted to make extra one off payments you can. (Bpay or PayPal etc)
2: Have a My layby gift card. In these amounts.
