I’ve used my Layby a few years in a row…

I’ve used my Layby a few years in a row for Christmas gifts and gift cards. I’ve never had any problems at all. Everything has always arrived on time and what I have ordered had always been correct. The option to pay it off over as many weeks as you like is very useful. A great option for families with kids.

I ordered gift cards and every time I…

I ordered gift cards and every time I use them the remaining value disappears so I have to call to have the cards reactived you should just issue the cards instead of digitally sending them it’s very annoying and I think it’s done on purpose

Hi Donna, thank you for your feedback and I am sorry you are having issues with your digital gift cards. What you are experiencing is certainly not normal so I have raised it with the Gift Card Team. Just so you know for next time, we do also offer Physical Gift Cards which are posted to you instead of emailed. This may be a better fit for you next time.

C’Mon, Give ‘My Layby’ a Try!

It was about time that someone thought of this idea. For many years people could layby products but had to wait until purchase was paid in full before collecting. But with My Layby you not only get the goods delivered to your door but the repayments are paid on easy instalments. I truly love this idea. Everyone should give it a go. I’m certain they will love buying their products via My Layby as much as I do 😊
