Do not even phone tjis useless company. They don"t deliver ANY service.

Such a scam, never received my order or money back. No reply whatsoever. I read many other reviews of people who were scamed the same way.

We have waited for an hour to cook my pork belly for dine in. And when I was about to cancel my takeaway pork belly, they told us in will be ready in two minutes!!!!!

Ordered a package that was never delivered and no refund received. Nobody bothers to reply to my emails/messages on social platforms. SCAM!

Absolutely awful. Placed an order 10 weeks ago for my twins and after chasing up we got replies stating some of the order was ready but we were waiting on one hat. We said please send out the stock you actually have as these clothes are for summer and we need them asap. Now no replies to any messages and conveniently their website has disappeared

Ordered wholesale from my little monkeys sister company (my little group) paid a lot of money and now not getting replies from the owner. Clearly having company troubles but the lack of response is not okay. Be very cautious about spending money with this company.

** I would like to update that we are now on 11/07 and I still have not received a refund for the goods that the company has confirmed they cannot deliver. I am owed £480.

I ordered something on 30th March on pre-order which supposedly takes 3-6 weeks and haven't heard anything back. I've emailed them 3 times with no response at all.

Made a pre-order, stated delivery 3-6 weeks. I'm at 7 weeks now and have cancelled the order as I have no idea when it would be ready. They offered to send part of the order now, but what use is one hat for two children? Customer service has been pretty unhelpful too, firstly ignoring my concerns that it would be late, then denying that it was late and finally offering a gift voucher instead a refund.

Clearly the company is a scam.

After having a negative experience with the company first time round. The customer service team did everything they could to make my experience better the second time round. My order was delivered within 2 working days and I was so happy with the quality of the item. My opinion has definitely changed and look forward to ordering again in the future.

Bought an item advertised as 0-6m. It arrived with one tag saying 3-6m and another saying 0-6m. It was absolutely huge no chance it would fit 0-3. Emailing to send it back was a nightmare, then had to chase multiple times to acknowledge my return and STILL no refund after weeks. Don’t shop here.

Ordered for the first time and wasn’t sure if ordered the right thing. Gave the Instagram a message and they replied really quickly! Romper came and is amazing quality and really cosy ❤️

I’ve bought from this site frequently and have always been impressed with the prices and excellent customer service. I had a issue recently which was dealt with far better than any big company I’ve ever bought from. Would definitely recommend!

The worst shopping experience ever I think, I tried to order stuff and use code which they send to me, ok, nowhere was written that i cant use code if I buy some sale items, nu but ok doesnt matter this code, I bought items. I choose dpd delivery, was written 2-3 working days, price of delivery a bit looked to big, but ok doesnt matter 12-13 pounds 🤷‍♀️ I take because I want rlly much those clothes for my girl. And guess what I get email, that my Items will be send only at NOVEMBER 8, so wth? I didnt took preorder items or something, I took what was in normal stock and one month for shipping? Which normal comapny do that? Or maybe its dropshipping site idk, but I think people have to be informed before buying about that possible shipping only after one month, like people have to be informed about code that its not valid with other discounts, so yeah it is the worst shopping experience ever, I will never buy from this page and I dont recommend this for others.
Update. Missunderstanding with delivery was solved, my package was send earlier than after one month, in normal time, but jumpers colours wasnt like in picture I ordered two beige jumpers, but I got beige jumper with orange pocket, pocket colour tottaly not like in pictures in site, so A little bit dissapointed.

Ordering from a "foreign country" outside the UK contemplates certain difficulties, but after a long waiting period, we were able to retrieve the package after all. Customer Service was helpful in trying to find solutions and getting in contact with the involved transportation parties. Not easy to get things sorted after Brexit, hopefully the procedure will become less complicated in the future.
The products are beautiful and flawless, I was very happy with the quality and colors of the ordered pieces. Perfectly reflected on the website.

Absolutely gorgeous bean hat for our nearly 2 year old. Great quality and so soft! Such quick delivery too and nicely packaged. Will definitely be returning!
