Fast shipping and lovely products. I ordered some outfits sets and they arrived fast and look just as they did in the pics. Lots of items here are the same as other on many other baby clothes sites but the prices here seem much fairer. Only think I wish for is free returns! I’d order more if I knew that I could return as I’d buy gifts feeling secure in the knowledge that if the receiver didn’t like then it could be returned more easily

I've bought several things here and I have been really , really pleased with them. Recently I bought several of the turtle neck bodysuit. They are so lovely and soft and are a perfect fit on my granddaughter. Everything I've bought has been of a lovely quality too.

I initially had a rocky start with this company but once I reached out they took care of the mistake, again it took a few emails which I understand as with current circumstances, but I will always acknowledge a company that tried to make it right and “my little monkey” absolutely did! That being said the cloths are extremely high quality and I would recommend and or buy from them again !!

Loove the designs! Fast delivery as well. It really looks good on my baby he looks so adorbs! Nice quality. Hoping for another nice designs soon!

Appalling service! I ordered a couple of items as a gift and received them way over a month later... I contacted customer service but they we're terrible at replying- they would take weeks to respond or not reply at all. After a month waiting for my items I asked for a refund, they said they would refund the money but then after another week I received an email saying that my order had been shipped. I'm unable to get to the post office as I am vulnerable and asked for help re. returning the items and if they would cover the return costs as I wasn't supposed to receive the items)... and well... it wasn't a surprise that I got no reply... The WORST company!

Very bad experience!
I never received my order and the Customer service never answer my numerous e-mail.
This is not a good way to do business.

Asking me to send you an email with the order n° is way too easy since you never answer my requests !

Placed an order and only afterwards realized that the lead time for processing the order was 5-10 business days with additional time to ship afterwards. From the time the order was placed to the day it arrived, it was three weeks. I’ve never had any delivery from a UK company (if they are in fact operating within the UK) take so long. Apparently they are relaunching today with faster service but I’d still proceed with caution - they seem to have limited comments on their social accounts and I assume because they’ve received lots of complaints. Even though the clothes were cute I personally won’t be ordering from them again.

Dont not even bother with this shambles of a company.
U have waited over 2 months for my complete order to be delivered and still no sign.
Waited nearly a month for the first half after trying to get in touch for over a week they then said the items where not Instock to send out and that they were waiting on delivery. Which I don’t understand why they took my order in the first place if items were not available or at least an email to explain this, nothing. Not even an apology.
Still waiting on second half and yet again can not get ahold of anyone for answers 🤷🏻‍♀️ It’s a joke

Do not buy products from this company!!
We ordered 3 items - then heard nothing weeks. So we contacted them to chase up the order. To which they told us part of the order (1 item) is not in stock. We then asked for a full refund and to cancel the order as it was taking too long and the item they didn’t have was the main part of our order.
They did not reply to this request and we then received a package from them! It contained 2 items, only 1 of which was an item we ordered the other was the wrong product. On top of this we have been charged for all 3 items!!! There is no returns paperwork in the package or any instructions on how to return them. We have now requested some returns packaging or at least a label, and a full refund (again!). So we will now wait for a reply and I’ll update this review in due course.
Such a shame as the items look beautiful online, but it is such an unorganised company!!!
